Consistently Organized, efficient, pleasant, professional service. Traffic flow for mail/shipping and Amazon returns was outstanding. I've used this location since they opened for my business and personal needs, Printing, fax, etc. Great service, hope the owners treat their staff well.

I walked in and the line was a little long, I thought I was going to be in there for a while but nope those workers are quick and efficient. They moved that line so quick I was out in less than 2 minutes. And they were nice!

The clerk, Anthony, was unbelievably helpful and efficient. He packaged 2 0ld Bibles for me, carefully wrapped and secured them and processed 2 other packages very efficiently and timely. I really appreciated the time he spent and how smoothly my visit went.

This particular location’s staff is always friendly; They work together as a team to efficiently move along the wait times and answer any and all questions I ever have for them.

I love UPS stores especially on Newport RD in Menifee. Quick, friendly and professional. Much better than fighting the long lines at the post office!

I want to thank the UPS store in Menifee located on Newport and Murrieta for taking such good care of my cell phone which I accidentally left behind yesterday. Every one of the employees have always been courteous to me, an 82-year old woman and answer all my questions without hesitation. Thank you UPS on Newport Road near Jack-in-the-Box for your good service of customers.

My printer at home broke so I went into this UPS to get a few copies of my resume and some interview material printed. Copies came out perfect and used them during the interview and got the job! The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and got me out in less 10 minutes. It wasn't super busy, so the wait was not that bad. Thank you Menifee UPS!

Today this very nice young lady at the front (Norma) assisted me in packaging my mother's birthday present. She took her time and made sure everything was secure and neatly packaged. When she had questions of her own,her store lead Solange stepped in and assisted her with completing my service. Everyone within this establishment was very professional. They greeted everyone who walked in the door right away. Almost every staff member ask if I was being helped. I would recommend and return I this facility.

Side note there were 4 employees working today. And there was a fragrant within the store that smelt also sweet.

I Called on the phone and had such a great experience that I had to give a review. I called and spoke with a real helpful and friendly lady named Diana. I was calling to see if they can overnight something with a po box, the answer is no, but Diana went above and beyond even though she didn't have to help me. She gave me some suggestions and even looked up some places up for me that I asked for, all while being friendly. Just want to say how nice it is to deal with a person who goes beyond common COURTESY; because, even common courtesy is not so common today, and dealing with two previous shipping stores that had misinformed me, less than helpful and less than friendly.

I now use this store over all the other local options because this is the last store UPS comes to pick up the packages, so you can get there later (about 5 p.m. but get there by 4:30 p.m.) and the other stores are 3 p.m. There is always someone at the desk and you don't wait long. I read some of these reviews and they were just stupid and didn't apply to the store and customer service in my opinion. They are nice here and I'll keep going for all of my packages because of the accuracy and late pick up time.

Very clean store, products are well organized and neatly arranged. Environment is extremely friendly. The two associates helping me with my "misplaced" package were extremely helpful, nice and patient. I greatly appreciate their customer service!!!

I thought I would be in this store for at minimum 10 minutes. NOT! There was a line, ladies were awesome. Lines moving..in and out less than 3 minutes with a shipping receipt in hand. Whoop Whoop for this UPS Store during the holidays. You guys rock!
