I told her my pin 3 times and she would ask after a minute she's still a sweetheart.

These ladies, Marlen and Gissel, deserve a raise right now this instant! They helped us through everything. Our phone was bought Locked by T-Mobile. We went to the T-Mobile store on Biesterfield Rd and they were of no help (look at my review over there). We then had to return the phone from where we got it, it was such a hassle. Anyways these wonderful ladies helped us out so much I can’t appreciate them enough! They got us a new case, which T-Mobile broke, and even got us Apple care! They deserve a raise and I won’t stop till they get one! Sincerely, an extremely satisfied customer all from the work of Gissel and Marlen!

I can’t thank Jazmine enough for all her help today! She was so kind & funny and made the process of switching over 2 phones super easy. She really went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. Pleasure to work with her and her manager!

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The ladies were so helpful helping me pick a phone and plan for my lifestyle and budget. I was I. Dire need of an upgrade as the phone I had been using was a few years old, a Samsung Galaxy S8. The listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions and work with me for the best result. They even went out of their way to find me savings on the phone and plan as well as a screen and phone case for a reduced rate. They activated my phone and put the screen protector on for me. I am so happy with the service and care I had at this location. Only glowing reviews from me.
