Livi & her Manager (Sorry, forgot your name but thats on me) are amazing! Stopped in to check out the sweet merch but saw they had custom made mystery bags and had to get one. Great place would return because of the friendly and helpful people working there. 10/10

It was my first time in BoxLunch. Everyone was kind and chatted with us about our interests while helping us get things to buy. The shop is wheelchair accessible.

The employees helped us locate something we couldn't find since the store got rearranged.. very polite and the collection of bags in this store is more than perfect. So many choices and all are amazing!

One of my favorite stores! Great products & pleasant staff!! Anytime I'm in the store I'm probably there for at least an hour browsing!! The displays they make are really beautiful too!

My 1st visit here at BoxLunch and I'm really digging this store. They have lots of cool pop culture items, a little something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and they do have a good rewards program which I definitely joined. Looking forward to visiting soon and using my 20% off entire purchase!

finally was able to make it up from Mass. Perfect little store that had LOTS of goodies and choices. Spent a lot as the product was so cute and everything we were looking for. The people working were nice but there was one lady that was rather rude to us, over heard her saying something since we were wearing masks but there was two younger employees that went above and beyond for helping us

The girls at the store were nice and helpful. They allow you to browse around, take your time and will be happy to help you if you need assistance.

It has so many types of fandom items, ranging from snacks, hoodies, ramen bowl sets and more. This place is absolutely amazing and has different things like, Anime, Disney, cartoons, famous shows, famous movies etc.! I absolutely adored this place and 100% recommend going here! <3

Great experience today in the Boxlunch Store at Mall of NH (Manchester). Great service, especially by our cashier Madilyn. Great selection and pricing too, and a creative Mystery Bag thing that I haven’t seen In any other Boxlunch locations, they should definitely expand that!

Went here for the wife. The staff here were very friendly. They are good at sparking a conversation at the registers. For sure recommend this store.

Awesome little store for those who love anime, superheroes and Disney items. Lots of clothing, toys, and collectibles. They do currently have a capacity limit so do have to wait outside at times.

Pretty decent selection of items and none of the weird hot topic atmosphere, the employees are fairly friendly and helpful.

My wife and I kids always shop here. Their customer service is great!! Such sweet people.

BoxLunch is what you'd call a "weeb/supernerd" shop, I find it to be a perfect shop for finding gifts or stuff for yourself that is of anime, superheroes, characters, etc.
