I needed a heating element for my dryer. I live in a rural area. So it was a 55 min drive there. I had called to inquire about the part. He had the correct part waiting hor me. I was in and out in less than 10 mins with the correct part. This was a Saturday.. he was open at 9 am.. in snowy weather.. I had dryer working that afternoon. Fair price on the part.. and it was an oem part.. I expect it to last as long as original.. I was very glad to have the part the same day. It would have been a week to get the part from Amazon. Thank you. A satisfied customer!

We just got a refrigerator from Short's. It was here sooner than expected. The delivery team was great. We will definitely be buying appliances from you again.

I cannot recommend this store enough! Noel was extremely helpful when we were choosing our appliance. We purchased a scratch and dent that was delivered promptly by a great team. Unfortunately, there were more damages than anyone realized (through no fault of the store’s). Chris came out to assess the issue right away, and they replaced our appliance within 48 hours. Everyone in this business has been so professional, kind, and helpful. 10/10 would buy from Short’s Home Store again!

I recently purchased SIX appliances from Short's. Yes, SIX! I was in no hurry to buy and I was looking for a bargain. I am happy to report that Shorts delivered, big time. They gave me a great deal and were a pleasure to worth with.
