Wessinger's Appliance Sales and Service

We recently upgraded our range from a 30" drop-in electric coil range to a 30" slide-in induction range. After careful research we had decided on a Bosch for its reliability and design. Of the appliance stores that carried the Bosch line, only Wessinger's met our need in every way. They could get the range in quickly, deliver it without installing it so we could get the granite countertop trimmed as needed, do the necessary conversion from hardwired to plug in, and then come back again to install it. Everything went smoothly without any unnecessary delay.

Great service, bought a dishwasher from Lowes after 2 months still no delivery...called Wessingers samd day delivery and installation with great service.

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE!! I have been buying from them for years and my washer broke this morning at 11am. I got to the store a little after 12pm. Sally was funny and helpful, she worked with me and the price. Before 2pm the guys had removed my old one, hooked up the new one, walked me through how to use, did a demo and we are back up and running!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Brad

I own several rentals and recently needed a stackable W/D with specific measurements. Over the phone the staff was able to suggest a solution, order and take payment! It was delivered 5 days later, on time and full removal of the old appliance! So thankful to be able to shop local and be so impressed!

Great Place, I Just had Jamie at my house and He did a Professional install of my new dishwasher. How would I know you ask? Because im a multi-state licensed Contractor. He did a true Professional install and even knew to create a Trap with the drain under the sink. Couldnt have been done more perfectly. Great Job Guys and Thanks Jamie!!

Love this small town business!! I have used them for 20 years and never regretted it. It's so nice to know everyone from Ms. Sally in sales to the delivery guys to the repairmen. The fact that they service their own appliances is a huge incentive to use their business!! You know you can trust them in your home & they always are quick and efficient and knowledgeable!! So much better than a big box store!!

We purchased a GE Cafe gas range a year ago. Of course with two sheets of Xmas cookies to go in the oven I open the door and it’s still cold inside 😢. I called and was assured that they would be able to get to me but not until Thurs or Fri. With a house full of company due my anxiety went into overdrive. Two hours later they called and told me they could come that same afternoon. I was ecstatic to say the least. The repair man was courteous and was able to fix the problem with a part he had in the van. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Will definitely be purchasing all future appliances from them and with today’s life expectancy of appliances I’m glad we purchased the extended warranty.

Everyone here was super helpful from the moment I walked in the door! My husband and I just bought our first house and a refrigerator was not included, so we had to get one, quickly! I had several recommendations from colleagues and clients, so I decided to go to Wessinger. I'm so glad I did. They showed me their available options, were very knowledgeable about the brands they carry, and we were able to get what we needed. An additional comfort to me is knowing that they have a service department, so if any thing goes wrong, I know who to call. Plus, unlike the national chains, who were predicting a delivery date which was at least 10 days away, Wessinger was able to offer same day delivery! I highly recommend them for their above and beyond personal service.

We have been trying to get a new LG refrigerator from the big box stores all summer, but they never have any stock available. Wessinger's Appliance was able to get us the model we wanted for a great price. The delivery and installation was smooth and efficient. They had to remove my front door and all of the doors on the refrigerator, but they knew what they were doing so it went quickly. The owner even drove out separately during the delivery to ensure that everything went well. We will definitely shop here again for appliances!

Small town service and attention at better than big box price. We are happy with out new washer. Delivery men were very careful in carrying old out and bringing the new in. All the staff in the office was very helpful and patient with out questions. Plus, they service the equipment; great staff on that end too (Stevie was professional, helpful and knew his business).

Long time local business owner that I'll deal with before any of the big box stores. Would rather know the people coming out to my house if I need service instead of someone different every single time from the big box locations. Very competitive and fair on price of their products. They carry a big selection, very knowledgeable, can answer your questions, and just good people to deal with period 🙂.

Mary Ellen is a gem and helped my family when we were in a pinch from moving bc a big box store dropped our order twice when they couldn’t verify our address. She set us up to have our new appliances delivered in four days. No having to sit and waste precious time at the laundromat. She was courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs. To our surprise someone called asking if we were interested in having it delivered a day early. Who does that in 2020?

Delivery was smooth and the gentlemen lugging and installing the washer/dryer were courteous.

I had two technicians come to my home this afternoon. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but the older gentleman has serviced my appliances previously. Both of these guys were extremely professional and helpful. They addressed my concerns and remedied the situation promptly. They should be commended for their superior customer service.

Had the best experience! They were fast, wonderful to work with and fixed it the first time. I didn't have to wait for them to get a part and come back. I will use them in the future for all my repair needs.
