HAZZI knows EVERYTHING to do with phones. He has an excellent customer communication and is kind , patient, and thorough. I just bought a Samsung 6 watch and Galazy5 flip phone for my darling wife. He helped easy my wife's anxiety. THANK YOU.

Great welcoming environment and quick attentive time to customers. Transferred from T-Mobile to AT&T, best idea and should have done it sooner.

This location has such friendly staff. Luis was very patient with my family and was very informative. He always made sure we got the best deals and answered all of our questions!

Great service at store. Went in for an issue and they not only resolved my issue but helped me get more for what I was already paying.

I walked in to the store in Foothill Ranch on Memorial Day. Kendall greeted my daughter and me and made us feel very welcome. My daughter was turning in her old phone which Kendall helped her promptly. Kendal was very professional and friendly. She navigated the phone calls and her customers with ease plus made everyone feel like a priority. Not easy to do. I’ve worked in customer service for years, trust me, not easy. When I saw this I decided to get a new phone. I’m not very tech savvy and not once did Kendall make me feel embarrassed. She answered all my questions and never once said, I don’t know. She got the answers I needed. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and tell them to make an appointment with Kendall. Thank you.

Alex fixed my phone when no one else could do it. He is an amazing employee who took the time to listen to me and try numerous fixes before he got it done. It made a huge difference in my life because my dad is in the hospital and my voucemail has been broken for months. I can’t say enough about his care, concern and customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I came into this store for the first time this morning to get some help with a new phone and was greeted by William who was patient and gracious throughout my transaction. As it turned out I needed to return to get some additional help later in the day and again William took great care of us. We’d certainly recommend this store and this sales associate. Excellent Service on Dec 12/18/20 moving my wireless service from Sprint to ATT. I was expecting the process to be an all day event but Charles and Jeff were able to get me setup in 45 minutes. They clearly explained all the options and even gave me pointers on how to maximize my new ATT service. Big thanks for getting me setup so quickly during the holiday season.

Best customer service is in this store! "Shaema" took care of us a week ago, and she went above and beyond to make certain our cell phone experience was the very best. She made my day a stress-free one for sure! Thank you for all your extraordinary help Shaema!

Charles, the Store Manager at Foothill Ranch, must be the greatest AT&T employee there is. I came in prime time and the store was very busy with him being the only employee there. Charles did not buckle and kept his professionalism and composure. I had a difficult situation with activating my phone and the whole time, he was empathetic and assured me that it would be resolved. He went above and beyond to rectify the error. I recommend you promote him/give him a raise - he is your rockstar! Give credit where credit is due. The market it tight - you don’t want to lose him.

I went to this store with a fairly complicated situation and also unhappy about AT&T in general. One of the best stores for customer service and knowledge. Anthony was super helpful. I have been to several stores in the area and this is the best one by far. They were very sympathetic with my situation and even though I had to pay more money I got the feeling that they actually cared about their customers. I recently went back to the store for some help with my phone and again was not disappointed.

This is my second time visiting this store and both experiences have been top notch compared to my visits to other stores. There was no wait time and both Bryant and Jeff were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and didn't pressure me into purchasing things I didn't need. We will definitely be back!

The he staff here is so inviting and friendly. Bryant met us as soon as we walked into the store and even walked us out. Very good environment and there is literally no wait time. They were all so helpful, they helped set me up on a new plan and didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need.

Youssef was extremely helpful, he saved us a lot of money by recommending a plan for us that matched our needs and saved us $50 on our bill. He also was able to get us the new iPhone when we switched our carriers. Someone get that guy a promotion or raise

Eulicies was a huge help. They helped me get my upgrade quickly, picking exactly what I needed, and for the best deal. Not to mention they were a pleasure to chat with while systems were loading. Thanks again for convincing me to get the awesome pop socket!

I had lost my iPhone a couple days ago and was never able to find it! My find-my-iPhone wasn’t working so I went in to at&t get some support.
The gentleman at the front was very inviting and asked the perfect amount of questions for me to describe my situation.
He went on the computer to see if he could find my iPhone— in the end it didn’t work, but he tried every option available. He wouldn’t give up on me.
I started talking about getting a new phone, and he supported me in the details of every new phone in the place. I love photography and he showed me the camera on the new iPhone xs and I fell in love.
I felt like I went into the store feeling hopeless about not having a phone, and came out feeling like I had a great human connection along with a shiny new phone to put a smile on my face.

Bryant was amazing! He helped me out with a BoGo deal and helped me get my son a free phone. Very informative and extremely knowledgeable. Great service all around, I give them a 10 out of 10.

Great service by an awesome store manager. Jeffrey helped my father in a calm, kind and courteous manner which was very diff from the service received from the call center. Thank you Jeffrey.
