J.R. Dill Wine Bar

Amazing craft cocktails! The strawberry smoke was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. We also tried the mocktail which was perfectly balanced with a little spice. We loved the Parisian vibe of the bar and the outdoor/indoor seating. We’ll definitely be returning!

I went with my family on a Saturday night and it was lovely! This wine and cocktail bar features local New York cocktails and delicious wine from a nearby vineyard. The atmosphere is unique and beautiful. It doubles as a florist shop! The gin basil smash was my personal favorite cocktail. The bartenders were friendly and accommodating. This is an absolute must!

Really nice wine and great cocktails. The wine comes from their own winery, and they use fresh and local ingredients for the cocktails. We had the Riesling and the Gin Basil Smash.
The service is great, very welcoming. The place is very cosy too.

A random stop. We were originally looking for Ivy Lane Flowers, as we ended our bike ride in Montour Falls and had a delicious iced coffee. The sweet young lady that waited on us had on a pair of beautiful earrings and I asked where she got them? She said…Ivy Lane Flowers in Watkins Glen. We were headed in that direction, so we detoured to Ivy Lane. The best of both worlds…flowers, local crafts and an amazing bar- JR Dill Wine Bar- hosted by our awesome bartender- Terence!! Can I just say this guy is a mixologist genius?!? We had a fabulous conversation about bitters, alpino, amaro, etc…he knows his stuff!!! How FUN! He made us a most amazing Boulvardier. My favorite drink. And all NYS spirits!! Yes please!! Thank you, thank you for a very fun experience. You are A-MAZ-ING!!!

Awesome spot with unique craft cocktails. You can also get wine and beer sourced locally. The lounge is a fun place to hang out in the evening and the bar has a great atmosphere.

The procurement manager is very nice and personable. Extremely knowledgeable about the local area and drinks in general. Great atmosphere. This is a must visit for us. We are looking forward to a return trip to the area for dinner and drinks here.

I have been waiting for a place like this to enter Watkins Glen for a very long time! When I walk in I feel refreshed and inspired. The space is gorgeous and inviting and Terence makes delectable cocktails. Just exquisite!! 🥂🍃🪻

Our large group had an excellent time with Terrence at the wine bar on Sunday. Fantastic drinks and a lot of fun!

Stopped on a whim and enjoyed best cocktails in a while. Terrence has a creative mind. Try the gin ramp special.

Drinks were amazing and the bar manager was really nice! We had a great time. The atmosphere was also great.
