This place is amazing! While it was a little tricky to find the entrance (go to the pathway left of the spa entry) once we did find our way we were quite pleased! Service was super friendly and fast. We were checked on often but not in an overbearing way. The food is absolutely superb. We ordered the Tuna Poke, Steak Frittes, Saffron Risotto, and for dessert the Pudding Chomeur. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We’ll be coming back here again for sure!

Duck breast absolutely delicious, loved everything about it. The Safran Risotto was really good too. The hostess was really nice and server very attentive. Overall we had a wonderful night and will definitely be back. I love meringue so I really enjoyed the Vermont mountain or something like that.

Food is always great and we always sit on the patio to enjoy a nice dinner. wine menu is good but careful of suggested wines as I didn't have luck with getting what I was expecting.
We also love hitting up the bar connected to the resort afterward for a beer and shuffle board

A bit pricy but excellent food and staff. Quaint atmosphere and definitely worth stopping in for dinner. It's a small restaurant so it keeps the quiet Vermont feel. We were there at night in February and they had the gas torches going and even though we didn't use the spa or any other facilities there I would think they are just as good. Worth stopping in and checking it out if you are in the area.

Great restaurant inside beautiful resort in a gorgeous part of the country. Just minutes from Smugglers Notch, tons of ski slopes and hiking trails.

The restaurant looks out over the mountains and has lots of veggie options. They were also flexible with changes and had healthy options for kids.

The breakfast was ok but not amazing. I’d expect a large buffet at a hotel of this price.

best meal I had while staying in Stowe. I definitely recommend sitting at the chefs counter, the cooks are very nice (and hardworking) and it is fun to watch them make the meals.
I got the vegetarian pot pie and it was the best pot pie I've ever had, (being a vegetarian.)
service was excellent, our waiter was funny and involved.

Fantastic food and service! Noelle was at the top of her game with great recomedations for food and wine. Ill be sure to come here in the future when my family and I visit this amazing town of Stowe.

FABULOUS~~!! As locals, I would like to say this is my new favorite place !! the food was excellent, with local fresh ingredients and some terrific veggie options, which is not always easy to find. The waiters, bartender and staff in general were attentive and made sure we had what we wanted w/o rushing us. We will definitely be going back. best food and service we have had in ages ..thank you Topnotch!!

Noelle was our server at breakfast at Flannel. She has the brightest smile and made us feel appreciated. Lucas was the chef who cooked and the food was excellent!

Best food in the area for sure! Best burgers!!!!! Even the coke is delicious here. Is it their soda machine? I don't know, but your tummy will thank you

Wonderful fresh food and the best service! Open kitchen design really makes the place feel open and inviting and there really is no better view in Stowe to enjoy with your meal.

One of the best places in stowe to have a great meal. If you haven't stopped into flannel or the roost you need to try it for yourself.
