McArdle Surgical

I needed a condom catheter. I called and they had them. He explained to me what to do and sizing. He is very nice and very caring and it was only a $3.50 purchase. I did not ask his name I wish I had. 3-26-24 was the date of purchase.

I purchased my stairlift from McArdle and could not be happier. Had one problem with it and they were here the day I called at no charge. The second time I called Dan talked me thru the repair. 5 STARS IN MY BOOK

My grandmother has two stair lifts in her home, one of which malfunctioned. Other companies wouldn't even bother to come look at her lift, but a service technician, Dan, came through for her and had her chair up and running in about a day (would have been sooner, but he had to hunt down the right battery for the chair). She is very happy to have her chair back!

Shopped around. Dan came out and was so genuine and honest. We had a service issue with a faulty wire and Dan was out within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

After looking online and in Walmart at folding canes, I brought my Mom to McArdle to try one. The gentleman who waited on us was extremely helpful, taught my Mom how to properly use the cane, and he answered my questions. Huge help!

I went in today with My husband who needed a Cain after knee replacement! We said hello the woman said nothing. I thought she just didn’t hear us. Then I asked if the adjustable canes are best because he is so tall! In a rude tone “it’s up to you”.
My husband said to her do you work here and she said yes. And I said we need help. And she stood behind counter and said it should be hip height. Never coming near us!! Very Rude and unhelpful!

My husband in pain had to move away from door because another couple came in! She still did not move. My husband said let’s leave we will do to Rite Aid.

I have over the years brought my parents and my in-laws to McCardle’s for many items. My husband said I will never go back there!

I went back in very upset and said are you the owner? She says no. I said you were rude and no help and she said I had a very hard phone call before you came in! I said so you took it out on us!!!

I am not one to complain or write reviews but this was uncalled for and she should not be working.

Rite Aid in West View has canes and a woman from pharmacy came right out and helped my husband!!!

I went to Mcardle's for a wheelchair. I had just broken my leg. The woman behind the counter wad So rude and not the least bit helpful. She made me hop across the parking lot. When my husband asked if we could use the wheelchair we were going to buy anyway.just to get in the store,She said no.She didn't even help us by opening the door.Then to top off this TERRIBLE customer service the big man that was behind the counter didn't offer to help us out the door . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.I AM SORRY I MADE THE PURCHASES THAT I DID THERE.

This place has horrendous service...not just bad, it's truly horrendous! Everything they have done since I ordered a part for my father's lift chair has been messed up. I paid in advance and was unfortunately stuck dealing with their awful service. When I spoke with the owner, all I really wanted was an apology instead Dan said, "You got your pound of flesh, what more do you want?" Really? Because I told you how horrendous your company's service department is? Not even an apology? Just a nasty response...Please go anywhere but to McArdle Surgical!
