Everyone was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and professional!

I really like this local CVS. It always has what I am looking for. Sales associates are always friendly. I have 2 stores close to me but the Steamboat location is my go to location!

Chad was very helpful and i notices that while he was working , he was also making sure to also help his customers, this is what muti-tasks means and he does well !!

Always very friendly. It's hard to work customer service so I give these ladies a 5 for dealing with all the angry people out there who treat customer service workers like punching bags.

Plenty of parking.
Convenient and fast service.
Great selections in all departments.

Update 2021: Not sure what's been going on but the drive thru has been a nightmare the last few months. Cars sit at the window for 30+ minutes sometimes. I've switched to having them mail my meds because I dont have all day to waste!

Previously 2018: While they do get slammed and busy here like any Pharmacy, the staff here are super friendly, polite, and do their best to catch up when there's a hiccup during the day. They can often fill a prescription before I even leave the Dr's office! They're seriously that good.

Currently has open until 8pm when I believe it closes earlier. However, this could be just a particular day.

Pharmacy and most staff are pleasant and helpful. Have been turned away on two separate occasions for money orders though with the statement "it's down, sorry..."

This place is hit or miss. Pharmacy closes at 6pm on Saturdays. Note to self: Do NOT wait in the drive thru, next time I’ll just go inside. I pulled up at 5:40 waited behind another car for about 15 mins, and when I was finally able to pull up for my turn it was 5:55pm and they literally rolled the window down on me. Ridiculous.

Staff is nice, overall. Wait times are pretty long most of the time.

But the worst thing is that they CVS has declared they will not provide hypodermic needles without a prescription - and Nevada State Law permits the sale of syringes without a prescription. We needed this medical equipment for a prescription at a different pharmacy that was out of state. CVS is not a compounding pharmacy, so clearly we could not have the prescription with them. We ran low and needed some to tide us over.

This draconian, irrational policy runs counter to the letter and intent of Nevada State Law. We went to another pharmacy who was happy to help us out (Walmart).

It is really obnoxious that these pharmacists make arbitrary decisions about our health that are none of their business. They are not doctors and they should not be deciding which patients are allowed access to the medical equipment they need.
