The pharmacy team has exceptional customer service, and I would recommend this location over others in the area. When I called this morning, I wasn't even put on hold and was helped immediately. After they were able to transfer my prescription, they called me back (the same morning) to update me. The kindness and efficiency of the staff was very appreciated!

The service was great. Every effort was made to help us. The vaccine administer was nice to our daughters who were not looking forward to the shot and the nice gentleman behind the counter helped us with our insurance and printed the records upon request. Besides that a complete assortment you would fine in any other pharmacy so we could buy our daughters a small present after their shots. Highly recommended!

Special thanks to Hania for going above and beyond to find a vaccine for me and recognizing that this was not something I could search for for myself online and saved me likely an hour in phone calls.

Drive thru pharmacy service has always been friendly, helpful and in timely manner.

I've been twice to this pharmacy and had great service and help both times from the pharmacist and staff. Extremely professional and helpful. I'm so glad we found this CVS.

The pharmacy staff are always working hard to accommodate the increase in service needed with the pandemic. They are chronically understaffed, but everyone is— the employees that I always see in the pharmacy (including the kind pharmacist herself!) are always wonderful and really put effort into helping their customers. My family is appreciative.

I see that many people have had issues here, but I've had the exact opposite experience. I've always had great service with only a little wait during evening rush hour.

In fact, I moved further away from this CVS (and tried other stores) but I still come here to get my prescriptions because other CVS locations don't handle the same volume --- and therefore, don't always have my prescription available without a week-long wait.

The CVS at Tackett’s Mill is always clean and the staff is always professional and friendly. I’ve always had great shopping trips to this local CVS!

Bielka was amazing and have a great knowledge about cvs products and makeup, she is great with understanding the extrabucks and the cvs deals and coupons .. but what really made me decided to shop in the future in this particular location is her warming welcome with her coworkers and how she was being sure I find and got all what I needed, since I start my transaction till I got all what I need and more ..

I go to this CVS so much I know everyone in the store and they know my face as well. Usually, I can get what I want and use the self-checkout but if there is an issue the staff is always helpful!

Great staff, front and pharmacy. I see a lot of complaints about the pharmacy but from what I've seen they are wonderful. They are patient, kind, and professional. Friendliest location in my opinion.
