He helped us understand what was going on with our pond, how he was going to remedy the situation, and the maintenance it would require in subsequent years. SInce the very first contact with Bio-Fusion Designs (Eric), we knew he was THE one that could provide the recreational pond of our dreams that included an infinity edge into our existing natural pond. The level of customer service (I'm a freak about considerate and timely customer service) was exceptional throughout the entire process. The pond was incorporated seamlessly into the natural surroundings and the perfectly positioned waterfalls and the meandering stream/bog appear as if they always existed in our back yard! We highly recommend Eric for the water feature of your dreams!

5 stars are not enough for Bio-Fusion Designs. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, he listens and he is able to transition an idea into an actual finished product. I was blown away by the design he came up with, which was within my budget and even tho I didn’t articulate it clearly, seemed to know what I would like in the space I had. Can’t recommend him enough. Also, it’s rare to see someone who works this hard and feels so passionate about his work.

Eric is very knowledgeable and professional. He has helped us with maintaining our pond including installing underwater aeration and bringing in natural stone for the edge. He responds promptly and is very reliable. I highly recommend him.

Eric installed a koi pond for us in September 2023 and we couldn’t be happier, it’s MAGNIFICENT! Bigger and better than we ever could’ve imagined. He is very creative, paying attention to every little detail. He has an innate ability to design and execute in collaboration with our vision. The pond is so natural looking because the hand picked boulders came complete with moss and succulents that were already established. It looks like it’s been a part of the property forever. I was fortunate enough to meet Eric at a home show and he has been a godsend . Our pond was installed by another contractor who’s interest in post installation was very limited. I struggled on my own until Biofusion Designs made caring for my garden showpiece so much easier. Any service, question or concern was dealt with promptly , thoroughly and without judgement. We have been working with Eric Czerw of Bio-Fusion Designs since 2010. As a biologist, he not only handles the opening and closing of our pond in the Spring and Fall, but provides advice and insight about the entire ecosystem. Eric is very knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He is extremely hardworking but also very creative, especially when it comes to waterfall features and rock work.

Eric reworked our pond in 2021 by installing a new liner and at the same time increasing our volume and depth, and then bringing in 5 tons of rock to enhance our existing waterfalls and adding a new one. By creating underwater caves with the new rock work he was able to create safe spaces for our Koi and Goldfish to enjoy and hide, if needed, from birds of prey.

We always enjoy his twice yearly service visits and advice about winterizing our pond.

I have wanted a Koi pond as long as I can remember, but never liked the looks of most I had seen. I had limited space, but I wanted it right next to my patio and wanted it to blend with the natural surroundings and the rest of the landscape. Eric did a wonderful job of creating the ideal pond that effortlessly flows with the rest of the yard. He is very creative and can envision the end result based on his knowledge and capabilities. He is always available to help or to answer questions as well as being able to offer additional services, i.e., opening and closing. I enjoy sitting on my patio and watching the fish as well as being able to hear the waterfall at night. It was the perfect addition! I would not hesitate to hire Eric to design your dream pond or water feature!

Eric re-worked our pond a few years ago and did a great job! He fixed the algae problem and added decorative elements that make it look much nicer. He's a pleasure to work with and is very responsive to all of my questions.

We used Bio-Fusion to design and install a dual waterfall feature that included a mini stream and very large rock pieces. Eric and team couldn't have done a better job. He hand-picked out the rocks making sure that the complemented our house colors and painstakingly placed them in the right places. He also suggested plantings around the water feature and provided us with a few from his cache. The difference this water feature has made to our landscaping is incredible and we couldn't be happier with choosing Bio-Fusion. We highly recommend them.

Here is a rave recommendation for Eric Czerw and his company Bio-Fusion Designs. Eric was able to transform a vision I had for stream running down a hill into much more than I imagined -- including an actual preserved stump from which the stream begins, numerous waterfalls, and a pond at the bottom. He clearly knows what he's doing, as evidenced by the elegant rock formations, lighting at night and lovely sounds. My only regret is that it has to be turned off for the winter, but I am looking forward to his promised to turn it back on in the Spring.
