Medley at Northwood Landing Apartments

My husband and I (and our two dogs), have been living here a couple months and we absolutely love it! Regina and Sam are both amazing :)

The apartment itself is stunning and I’ve had so much fun decorating and making it feel like home. The community is also very nice. Super nice people, walking distance to multiple businesses and the amenities definitely feel like a resort!

We truly love it here and we are happy to call Medley our home :)

From the day I met Sam and Regina to now has been an exceptional experience. It feels like I have lived here for a long time. The quality of the construction is very good. The amenities make me feel like I live at a resort. Wherever I go, I make sure I I let family and friends know how much I enjoy living here.

I want to recognize Sam and Regina for making the Medley a great place to live. They made the process of applying easy and moving a seamless transition. Anytime I need anything, they are always there and willing to help me out.

I recently moved to Medley with my partner and we absolutely love it! Everyone is so welcoming! Ive lived in several different apartments but I believe we truly found a home at Medley.

I have a pending application to reside here but wanted to provide a review for anyone looking at the place from afar (like I was). It is very new with construction set to end soon. The 1 bed/1 bath units were the nicest of any that I toured south of Raleigh, with a LONG kitchen island. Very open concept. I’ll comfortably fit a desk, dining room table, and den area in the main area. Nicely designed bathrooms with linen closets. Storage area is solid. Can get washer/dryer rentals for $55/month which is competitive. The nicest gym that I’ve seen from apartments in the area. Great pool. Tucked away in the hills so I don’t expect to have any security issues!

This place is absolutely amazing. Everything is so close and in walking distance. I love it here💕
