Great experience all around! Their customer service was excellent. When I first called, I was immediately relieved because I could tell they are good at what they do. Dan was very responsive and came that day to assess the water damage. He took the time to explain everything about the damage and made sure I understood the restoration process. Everyone on Dan's team we worked from the office staff to the restoration crew were super helpful and ensured I was satisfied throughout the process. The price was fair and the work was very thorough. They were prompt, efficient and attentive to detail. I highly recommend American Restoration Professionals!

After a pipe burst and flooded my basement American Restoration Professionals came to the rescue! Their project manager and crew helped us from start to finish… water removal, cleanup and the rebuild. They legit put our family tv/game/entertainment area back together again. Hands down a great company to work with!

I had a difficult restoration with major water damage and a large dose of unhealthy mold in my furnace room that had been sending mold spores into my condo for six months, MAJOR health issue. Dan and his crew went straight to work - someone was at my place every day, treating me courteously and being very careful with my living space. That meant a lot to this elderly man living alone. Dan led me through the claims process with three separate insurance companies. Each of the workmen and workwomen were competent in all phases of the tasks. All worked out well and I am safe.

Can't say enough good things. I called them to inspect my home due to recent flooding caused by a leak in the roof. The first thing the technician did was show me where I might be having problems and explain to me some of the issues we were likely looking at. They took photos, samples, and videos of their findings which helped immensely with understanding what was going on. They did a fantastic job and suggested what I could do to deal with them. There is no doubt that they did quality work when they had to do it and they retained a positive attitude throughout this entire process. The customer service was also TOP Notch as well.

We recently used American Restoration Professionals for a mold and reconstruction job at our church building. They were extremely prompt and completed the entire job in 4 days including new flooring throughout. We were very impressed and would highly recommend ARP for all your restoration and reconstruction needs!

There was mold in the attic in the house I bought, and I put a service request through angi. I got a text from Dan saying he can come by and check it out. He came out and checked it, and gave us a really good price. They came on Friday June 11th, and I didn't want to go up there the same day it was done. I went up today June 12th, and let me tell you, the attic looks brand new, the wood is completely rid of mold, no black stains anymore. Dan's team knows what they are doing, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his team if you need mold removed. Not only that, if I had any questions I would text Dan and he would answer me as fast as he could about any questions I had. Again highly recommend Dan and his team.

Unfortunately at the worst possible time I came home to a basement full of water and with great respond time american restoration came and very quickly solved the water issue and had my place dry in a short few days without any issues
