The Barn at Union Grove Farm is a truly breathtaking place. We couldn't have chosen a better place to get married. Nicole and Peter were excellent to work with, and their vendor list was incredibly helpful. There aren't enough pictures to capture the beauty of this location and its stunning natural surroundings. We had the wedding of our dreams at Union Grove Farm earlier this year! There is so much that we could talk about but something that stood out and really exemplifies the professional and personalized service was the fact that we planned for a beautiful outdoor ceremony and had to pivot at the last minute. We chose the venue partially because we loved the outdoor event space and so we had a beautiful vision of using the entirety of the premises. However, the week of it became clear that rain was possible and then likely and so we had to pivot after a year of planning! It could have been so stressful but Nicole assured us it would be beautiful and that if it was possible to be outside even at the last minute they would make it happen. We ended up being blessed with showers all day but the exquisite barn made the ceremony remarkable despite it being a last minute shift. We felt so supported and our guests who had come from all over the world marvelled at the dreamy interior of the space. Truly this was the perfect place for us and we loved it! I highly recommend and wish every future couple marrying at Union Grove Farm the absolute best.

They allowed access to the venue site the day before which was perfect for us as it allowed us to set up things ahead of the event.

Union Grove Farm was my husband and I’s first venue that we toured and we fell in love with it! Beautiful barn with gorgeous light fixtures and string lights that really enhanced the space; and wonderfully landscaped grounds with the rock structures, stream, and pond! Peter and Nicole were extremely responsive with any questions I had throughout our 8 months of planning. They were both very attentive and quick to respond the day of the wedding when I had any questions or needs. We had planned to have our wedding outside across the pond, but due to weather we last minute decided to move our ceremony inside the barn which turned out gorgeous with open barn doors! I would highly recommend holding your wedding here!

Elliott and I had the most amazing wedding at Union Grove Farm. Nicole and Peter were so easy to work with and accommodated all of our wants/needs! Their event space is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. The weather was perfect for us to enjoy our ceremony outside across the pond and the reception in the barn. We highly recommend Union Grove Farm for any and all events!

We cannot speak highly enough of The Barn at Union Grove. The location is just stunning, and the accommodations are perfect for your special day. Having the indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces make this place such a gem to find and use. The space is exceptionally well made and the layout is perfect for a wedding or any event. Every single one of our 180 guests were so impressed with the beauty of the barn and how wonderful the space flowed so that the day ceremony, reception, and party went perfectly.

Owners Peter and Nicole are incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. Not only were they supportive and easy to work with throughout the planning and day-of process, but they took the time to make our day extra special in so many ways. Great wedding venue and the staff here were great. The lake and water features make for wonderful ambient noise.

The Barn at Union Grove Farm was truly a magical place for our wedding. Every reason we chose it initially lived up to our expectations--Peter and Nicole are lovely to work with, the getting ready spaces were so fun and wonderful on the day, and we had a gorgeous wedding while using our rain plan. All of our guests raved about the beautiful details: the grounds, the bathrooms, the lights in the barn, the covered porch, the pond, and the view from the barn doors. I cannot recommend UGF enough and think that the space provides a serene escape that can make any event special!

Union Grove Farm was the most perfect venue for us and creates an experience for everyone. Sprawling, beautiful, and welcoming is how we would describe this location. Our guest enjoyed walking the grounds pre and post ceremony. Everything about the venue is exceptional. The get-ready rooms, ceremony site(s), and the astonishing barn blended into the exact vision and vibe we wanted. Nicole and Peter are the type of venue owners you want to work with. Communicative, down to earth, professional, and truly care about the details, leaving every photograph taken looking gorgeous. They worked seamlessly with all the vendors to ensure our special day with go off without a hitch. Highly, highly recommend.

As a Wedding Planner of over 10 years I love getting the chance to work at Union Grove Farm. The venue is family owned and the owners go above and beyond throughout the entire planning process to assist with questions, site tours and anything the couple or vendors need. On the wedding day they are also on-site and available for help if needed. The reception barn itself is stunning and the property has so many beautiful outdoor locations for couples to utilize. It's location feels private and secluded but in reality it's close enough to hotels and the city that it is very easily accessible for guests. Definitely worth touring if you are thinking about getting married in NC.

Amazing venue, Nicole was so wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I received so many compliments about the venue and how beautiful it was. Truly the perfect venue for our special day.

My husband and I got married at Union Grove in April 2023. We had a great experience from start to end. Nicole and Peter are very responsive via email & answer any questions in a timely manner. We got a great price for such a beautiful venue and were one of the first weddings to get to use their bridal & groom suites! They are set up nicely, and seem a little small, but fit our parties of 7-9 well! Their recommended vendors were very helpful (we ended up booking mostly from their list). Overall, we had a great experience at UGF and even got to return the following weekend for a friend's wedding. Thanks Nicole & Peter! (I've attached a few pics from our day for reference).

The Barn at Union Grove Farm was an amazing wedding venue. We booked the farm for our wedding after we fell in love with the gorgeous outdoor space. The Barn itself was also dreamy with its many attractive light fixtures and picturesque backdrops.

Also, Peter and Nicole are committed to making the venue as beautiful as possible and making each event as seamless as possible. Every time we went back to the venue leading up to our big day, there was a new touch or development that made the venue even more attractive.

Ultimately, our wedding day was rained out, meaning we didn’t get to take full advantage of the outdoor ceremony space or spread any of the cocktail hour stations and entertainment pieces out across the beautifully curated outdoor space. However, Peter and Nicole worked with us to help accommodate the challenge of having the indoor ceremony and reception in the same space within about an hour of each other. In the end, the space was breathtaking for both events and it was one of the best days of our lives.

This is an amazing venue operated by wonderful owners and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding and reception venue.

As a DJ who has been all over the area - I can easily say this venue is one of the best if not the best in the area. Its super beautiful, big enough to accommodate a crowd but not to big that if makes your wedding feel small. The owners are super nice and accommodating, even to vendors which is not always the case. On top of that, they are fun - which is key!

To say this space is perfect is an understatement. My husband and I visited one venue (UGF) and knew it was the one. Peter and Nicole are absolutely amazing not only at what they've created, but their support and availability throughout our wedding planning was beyond helpful. The venue itself is beautiful alone but is also so versatile and our guests loved the ability to enjoy outside by the pond, the shaded patio, and the inside where it can be transformed however you like. In addition to the beauty of the venue, it was perfect for accommodating my first dance with my dad. He has a hearing sensitivity, so to make the moment special for the both of us, we were able to have out father/daughter dance on the gazebo on the pond. I would highly recommend them for any event - from yoga, to weddings, to any get together this space is stunning. Thank you so much for making not only the day perfect but the overall experience easy and enjoyable.

Had a complete blast shooting this wedding at The Barn at Union Grove Farm! The people that work there are super amazing, professional, and kind. Any time I needed anything they were there for me. The venue is gorgeous and has beautiful greenery and water features all around that lend themselves to the best wedding day portraits. Here are some photos from that big day! I got engaged in July 2023 in this absolutely beautiful place. The venue was sooo beautiful. Wonderfully decorated. The owners Peter and Nicole were great and the pricing wasn’t that bad. I had the opportunity to celebrate my engagement party with my family and friends. All the guests loved the venue. I would recommend this place with a rating of 10/10. Great venue to take photoshoot as well. Beautiful scenery around the hall with the lake, waterfall, bridge and the gazebo. And looks pretty during the night with fairy lights all around. Love it!

Meals on Wheels Orange County, NC has hosted their annual gala at Union Grove Farm for two years in a row - we cannot stress how beautiful the venue itself is and how wonderful it is to work with Nicole and Peter. They both provide detailed attention to us and are always responsive when we had questions throughout the planning stage and during the event. We love hosting our events here!

Our wedding at this venue was nothing short of perfect. Nicole and Peter were incredibly thoughtful, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They were always easy to reach and promptly answered all our last-minute questions. The venue itself is breathtaking—like a meticulously crafted oasis. It was truly a dream come true. Union Grove was the first venue we toured for our wedding - and last. From the moment we got there, it felt magical. Our entire wedding was perfect, in large part due to Peter and Nicole's attention to detail in creating such a perfect wedding venue. Could not recommend more!!
