Coastal Rehab & Sports Medicine has the best staff, from Karen, the receptionist to all of the physical therapists. Irina was my primary therapist, and she is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in the client as a person. I improved tremendously as a result. Thank you, Irina! I was also seen by several other PTs (Ildi, Danessa, and Adam) who were all excellent! Each physical therapist works with one patient at a time versus some facilities where a PT has 2 or 3 patients at each visit. As a result, you are one on one with the PT who can monitor how you are performing each of the stretches/exercises. Coastal Rehab is also very clean. Love the fish tank! I’ve been to several different rehab facilities in the past, and Coastal Rehab is by far the best! I highly recommend this facility and if the need ever arises, I will definitely return to Coastal.

The best rehab place I have ever been too. Drom rhe recepionist to the therapist . They are all great and knowledgeable. however, big shout out to Jeff to me. He was the best in helping me with my knee after my knee replacement. I highly recommend this place. To Everyone who is need of rehabilitation?.

I started physical therapy for my shoulder at Coastal Rehab in November 2023. This is my fourth time to have therapy at Coastal and each time has been a pleasant experience. Previous therapy sessions were after a knee repair and later a TKR.
I was so fortunate to have Hanna assigned for this round of therapy. She was always cheerful, explained the exercises to me clearly and demonstrated the proper way to perform the exercises as many times as I needed her to. I truly looked forward to each of my sessions because she made me feel so comfortable. I am 74 years old and I have profound hearing loss. She was very patient and understanding when I needed her to repeat any instructions. The exercises she assigned to me were very helpful and I started noticing improvement in my range of motion within a couple of weeks.
Coastal Rehab is a pleasant, modern, clean facility in a beautiful nature setting to have physical therapy. Karen, the Administrative Office Coordinator was very friendly, always had a smile and very kindly scheduled and rescheduled appointments as needed. Each person I encountered at the facility was friendly and seemed to enjoy working with their patients.
If I need PT again, I would not hesitate to return to Coastal Rehab and I would request Hanna to be my therapist.

I was referred to this rehab for a sciatica and lower back issues. My PT was Jeff. The place is amazing! From the first consult with Billy (owner) to subsequent PT sessions, everything was very well coordinated, timely and functional. The facility is brand new, clean and welcoming. All the therapists were very engaging not only among each other but to their respective patients. This made for a very overall refreshing and comfortable environment. (The fish tank is very soothing too!!). Jeff listened to all my concerns and worked the areas appropriately, constantly ensuring that my comfort level and pain tolerance was within my personal acceptable threshold. We began each session with an assessment of how I was doing, discussing options and always follow up from the last session to how I was doing with my "homework". I'm not 100% better, but definitely much better than when I started, comfortable with my improvement and home exercises, and am confident that I will return to my full lifestyle.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the process of building the up the muscles needed to heal. Every body is very professional and patient. I would recommend this place to my friends & family.

I greatly appreciate the two months Coastal Rehab spent helping my body grow stronger, regain balance, and grow out of the pain.

In my experience Coastal Rehab has the best physical therapists in the area. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, yet focused on me getting better.

They laid out an initial program and modified it as my situation improved. I appreciate the wisdom of changing the routines as my body changed.

Their encouragement was also very welcome.

Since my visits there ended my progress has continued and I’m grateful for being pointed in the right direction & being given routines & exercises to use at home.

My hope is to not need Coastal Rehab's help going forward, but I know where to go if I need it.

I’ve used Coastal for my rehabilitation on my hip replacement and knee replacement. This the absolute BEST rehab/physical therapy place ever. I’ve rehab/pt at 3-4 other businesses and Coastal is without a doubt the most thorough ever.

I was referred to Coastal Rehab after a back injury. My initial consultation was with Billy. He is very warm and welcoming and quickly assessed my problem area. Jeffrey was my main physical therapist and he was always attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone wears masks and the therapy stations are sanitized after every client. Wendy is their receptionist who is also very welcoming and accommodating. I have now completed my sessions and feel much better. I highly recommend Coastal Rehab for anyone looking for a friendly environment and top notch care.

Coastal rehab is the absolute best around. Over the years I’ve had to rehab my knee and both my shoulders. I’ve done rehab in NY and in Florida and the physical therapists at Coastal Rehab are tops on my list. They don’t just give you a bunch of exercises to do, they work with you and are really in tune with what’s happening with your injury. They are dedicated to you the entire time you are there and you are their only focus. Thank you to everyone at Coastal Rehab!

I have had the Pleasure of using Coastal Rehab twice in the past year !!
January 2019 and November 2019, once after my Back surgery and once after i had my Left Hip Replaced. Starting with Billy and working with his staff has been a wonderful experience. They treat everyone with the utmost dignity and privacy. The staff is very Friendly and most of all Professional in their Care. I'm able to stand and walk with little to no pain, thanks to my main two therapists, Ryan and Jennifer. Ashley and Melanie were also very helpful, Friendly and Professional.
If or when i again need Physical Therapy, i will always come back to this Great Team !!! : )

Coastal Rehab provides outstanding service and always with a smile. My wife and I have both used their facility to rehab my hip replacement and sciatica issues, hers a rotator cuff repair. I have recommended them to a number of friends and all have been extremely satisfied as well. My real attraction was their willingness to return you to your sport activities and not just get you "on your feet". There are many facilities out there but let me save you time. Go to Coastal Rehab, you won't be disappointed!

The entire staff at Coastal rehab is phenomenal! ! Melanie was my therapist for the entire time i was there & I actually looked forward to going for my sessions. It’s great to have the one on one care every time. Your therapist really gets to know you Everyone there is wonderful & treats you like family. If I ever need therapy again, that is where I will go. You won’t be disappointed!!!

My husband and I had great experiences with the staff at Coastal. Billy is a wonderful diagnostician, and worked with Ryan to create a very effective course of rehab for my new knee! I love the personal attention they give - I am Ryan's only client for the hour I am there. The facility has the latest equipment as well - I really benefitted from a few of the "gadgets" they used. The facility is clean and spacious, and the office manager is very professional and thorough. I highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for PT!

I had a fantastic experience at Coastal Rehab & Sports Medicine after meniscus surgery on my knee. I was pretty shaky the first day I went in for therapy. Billy was very patient and explained things to me so I knew exactly what to expect. Each time I went, I progressed and got stronger. There was a great mix of respect for my limitations and encouragement to push myself. I was able to finish earlier than expected. Billy and his associates work together as a team. They are experienced and professional, yet are able to make PT fun! The facility is immaculate and has state-of-the art equipment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coastal Rehab to anyone in need of physical therapy.

My husband had a wonderful experience at Coastal Rehab. He had been to other rehab facilities in Palm Coast, but he believe this one to the be best.
The therapists are excellent and he kept the same therapist throughout his therapy so he really received individualized care. The facilities are very extensive and perfect for any type of rehab.

Wow! What a great facility ! Very inviting atmosphere, calming and professional. The staff is welcoming and positive. Each of the PT's introduced themselves and have a genuine concern for your health. After a thorough introduction exam with Billy, you are assigned a Therapist and scheduled for visits. Melanie has seen me for 6 visits after my full shoulder replacement and my progress has been ahead of schedule. Melanie has a great personal manner and demonstrates an expert knowledge of the physical therapy I need.
I look forward to each visit since I know I will feel improvement every time.

I am currently 14 weeks out from a full reverse shoulder replacement. When I entered therapy, I was assigned this very young cute blond lady, only one year out of school to her doctorate in PT. I cant tell you how fortunate I am as, Haley is incredible to say the least. She took me from total non use of an arm with shoulder replacement to 14 weeks from surgery, around 85% usage! She's a miracle worker and I cant thank Coastal enough for giving this young magician the chance to rehab me. At 71, I never wanted to get rid of an attractive young blond from my life as much as I do now but!!! When I am released, Fran, my wife of 42 years and I will remember her forever! Thank you Coastal for having her talant available to me.

My therapists, Ashley and Jennifer were both amazing! I'm ready for a TKR soon and they showed me the proper exercises to do ahead of time to improve my future rehabilitation. Everyone there including the receptionist were caring and knowledgeable. I recommend CR for quality therapeutic treatment.

Just completed 6 weeks of therapy with Jennifer and Ashley and coming from one that refuses to go to therapy, Coastal is awesome. This is the very first therapy place to make me feel comfortable and looked forward to going each week. But best is that Jen set the goal which gave me something to shoot for. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me.
