Palm Coast Physical Therapy

My husband & I call Em & her staff the dream team. They are very attentive & caring. They have helped my husband over come his shoulder issue. Em is working with me to help me get my mobility back, she has a lot of knowledge and is determined to get me walking again. They also have a massage therapist on staff and she does amazing amazing work. All and all this place is a god send, these ladies are very committed to all their clients. Hands down best PT I have ever had. Thanks, Em, Naomi, Ping & Yo, u all rock!

I've been going to physical therapy for years but just recently discovered Palm Coast Physical Therapy. So glad I did! These ladies are AMAZING! They genuinely care about you and address your issues in a very knowledgeable and caring manner. I've suffered from serious back problems (17 surgeries), almost daily migraines and ankylosing spondylitis (my spine has fused itself) Some days, the pain is almost unbearable but I always feel better after my session with PCPT. They "think out of the box" to find ways to relieve pain and increase mobility. Awesome!! They have massage therapist on staff and Yolanda is so good that I don't even want to think of anyone else touching me. After my first session with Yolanda, I felt immediately better and didn't have a migraine for 5 days after our session! That's a record for me! She is very knowledgeable, caring and kind! I'm an RN (Retired) and found that these ladies are the creme de la creme. I just won't ever go anywhere else now that I've found them! THANK YOU!!

After multiple surgeries in the last 4 years,( including 2 spinal surgeries with rods and screws, a left hip replacement, and left rotator cuff) Em and her staff at PTC the Physical Therapy Center of Palm Coast always get me going again. Em, Tracey, and Yolanda are extremely knowledgable in their field and know ways to help you move and get your life going again.
Their approach of one on one with patients gets positive results everytime and make the patient feel relaxed and comfortable. I always leave their feeling better about my condition and know i have a game plan to do daily until my next appointment. I wouldn't go or recommend any other therapy place but here.
They make sure you understand the exercises and stretches and why you have to do them. They listen to you and genuinely care how you are doing.
Donna and Amy, in the office, work around your schedule as best they can and are always there to answer any questions you might have. I have known Donna for years from doing therapy if she can help you with your insurance or any office matters she will!
I am including a xray of my back. I had this surgery 10 weeks ago. Em. Tracey, and Yolanda have me up walking and doing many different exercises already. I know i am in good hands here.

Palm Coast Physical Therapy is an amazing place to go for physical therapy. The staff is absolutely wonderful and are extremely attentive to patient needs. Everyone is friendly and they truly listen to what your problems are and how they can help you heal. I leave every session feeling better than when I went in.

Actually this is Silvia G. and I want to thank Em and her staff for working with me on my Joint-Replacement for my big toe. Wonderful, caring environment and we always have something to smile about. Will miss these ladies when I'm done with my Therapy. Thank you for a job well done!!!

I come from Cape Cod Mass and I’ve been going to Trevor for many years. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. He takes his time with me and is very knowledgeable. I always tell my friend and family about this facility if they are ever in need of physical therapy.

Excellent! Great therapists. Very talented, caring. I've been there for work place injuries - they explain the whole process, walk thru the therapy and exercises. Fun crew. Everyone feels important and like family!

The team at PCPT has been a great help to my mother and made her rehabilitation so successful. We are very thankful to have a fantastic team to work with.

PCPT Is the best!! The staff are all knowledgeable of anatomy and musculoskeletal problems. I came in not able to move my leg. The quadricep had
