I see Karen West and love the care I’m provided. Even after moving an hour away I will stick to this practice due to their high level of care for their patients.

So far I was told there was a big sign saying “Women’s Health” on the building that was impossible to find. I walk in to be greeted by a receptionist whose bedside manner isn’t worth even mentioning. Aside from her “blanky” on the back of her work chair she was also making personal calls and told me I was an hour early for my appointment. I asked her to make sure they knew I was here so that if they could get me in - they’d know back in the actual office. “Well it’s not our fault you were told to come in earlier”. That’s what her response was.

Nice. Real nice.

Who is so excited for my second appointment and to book an ultrasound I was supposed to be there at noon today I showed up at 11:47.
They told me the doctor was " running a bit behind"
I explained that I was an excruciating pain that I've been having trouble with my back.
My appointment was at noon I left at 1:15 I never saw a doctor and when I told him that I had to leave they tried to reschedule me for 2 weeks from now.
I've never been so disrespected in my entire life, these people should really be ashamed of themselves.

They are terrible. I would not recommend anyone to go to them ever. I have always loved Nathan Littauer but their woman's health is a whole other story. #1 they lost my FMLA paperwork from the very beginning. Then I have been very sick and tired with this pregnancy. They have not been helpful or caring. When I asked for help for work, even just a recommendation to go part-time, they were dismissive and not at all helpful. For my job, I was working 10 hour shifts with a hour drive time, so I was away from home for 12 hours. I had severe morning sickness and exhaustion. I was afraid of falling asleep while driving. Gloversville woman's health did not care. Also with the FMLA paperwork they did lose, I had to talk to several people just to get it resolved. It wasn't even resolved until I escalated the issue. They have upset me so much that they started causing me to have panic attacks and severe anxiety. Whenever you call them, expect to be placed on hold for upwards of 10 minutes before you can speak with anyone. They are by far the worst clinic ever in my opinion. I tried to stick it out because I had heard good things about their birthing center but enough is enough. I asked several times also for them to review my records to let me know if a vbac would even be an option for me but since they don't do them, they constantly avoided my questions. This is a horrible, horrible place. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

On hold for about 20 minutes, asked to hold twice which I get being busy. When they took me off hold they were talking to someone else and I heard the hold conversation. The women on the other end said "hello" finally and when I answered straight afterwards, I got hung up on.
