I had an issue with my cell phone. The owner Ryan gave me a fix that saved me an expensive repair, or phone replacement. Thank You again Mike C.

A couple weeks back I had an incident where my screen had shattered and spider webbed, I contacted Ryan and he had my phone within 3 days and done that same day! Unfortunately after paying, I had noticed a small crack but upon notifying him, he had it fixed free of charge the following day! Definitely 100% recommend!

My kids are in NY for the summer and both their phones broke. I contacted him as he was the closest to where they are. Quick response and ordered the parts the same day before I even paid. He has everything together and working right after the parts arrived.

He fixed my oculus quest 2 headset that I had tried everything on to fix and got it done in 20mins then made sure it worked on my phone and any problem or concern I had He helped me fix all for 50$ not bad considering other places wanted double or triple and dosnt charge unless he can fix it

We went to Ryan to get our screen fixed on one of our phones, the process is a little different, but not bad, he put new screen in, but we got it bavk and notice it had a small crack in it, we told him right away, at which he had to redo it (free of charge), ever since all good, overall pretty good to deal with

I strongly caution you from doing business with this phone repair service. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra in to have the cracked screen replaced. At first, communication with prompt and he ordered the new screen without asking for a deposit which I thought was very trusting. Once the screen arrived, I dropped off my phone and received it back within 2 or so hours. The screen didn't seem like the original one, it was clunky when scrolling and the picture quality was not as good. I asked him if it was a certified Samsung replacement, but he never would answer that question. He eventually stated that it a certified screen replacement but would not show me a receipt to confirm. He sent me screen shots of a screen he did not use.

After a few days, I realized my front camera was not working. I contacted him and he was apologetic and offered to look at the phone to resolve the issue. I brought it back to him and he kept the phone overnight and I had to contact him the next morning for an update. We decided that he would put the original crack screen back on my phone and was going to order a new screen because that original one may have been defective. When I went to pick up my phone, he wasn't home, but I spoke with his wife and she told me, and I quote- "Don't worry, this has happened (the camera not working) to 6 or 7 clients before but he will fix it."

Then the conversation changed, and he kept saying that I could take the phone somewhere else if I wanted...I got the feeling that he broke my phone and couldn't fix it (or didn't want to pay for whatever part(s) to fix it). He told me that I could take my phone somewhere else because I was upset. I’ll give him that point, yes, I was upset, he broke my camera, didn’t fix my screen and he wasn’t being honest. I then took my phone to another phone repair company in Utica, and I found out that he broke the front camera, broke a piece associated with the S pen (I can't remember the name of the component) and messed up the component to the 5G. When I spoke with him after I fixed my phone, he eventually admitted to knowing that the camera and 5G piece were broken but he did not say that to me when he put the original screen back on. He kept saying my camera was not working because it had a software update. He downplayed and concealed the extent of damage he caused to my phone.

I strongly advise you from using this person, the technician in Utica who fixed my phone said it looked like he did not use the proper equipment to change out the parts and that is probably why multiple components were broken. I truly wanted to support a small local business, but this interaction ended up being a nightmare and so unnecessarily stressful.
