The tale of two rounds. Day one, I played solo in the pouring rain on the woods and marsh courses. It was so fun. Even in the rain, the course was beautiful, and being out there alone with my music playing in the cart was quite peaceful. Day two, I played the same courses with a friend and an amazing local couple. The weather was perfect and the course was gorgeous. Every member of the staff was genuinely nice, including my friend at the pro shop who made a rainy day one I will always remember. I highly recommend any golfer who appreciates Minnesota golf at its finest to play The Pines at least once... even if it's raining.

Have played here a couple times, and just played up here last week. Lois was incredibly kind and helpful. Great selection in the pro shop too. Course was in really nice shape for Mid May in Minnesota. I really enjoy the Lakes side, couple of really sharp holes.

Beautiful course and it was In great condition! Tim, at the pro shop was awesome and worked with us in a unique situation! We were in town for a wedding and had a 3 hour rain delay, when we tee'ed off we were planning on playing 18. At the turn we knew we were not going to be able to make the grooms dinner in time if we played our second 9. Tim refunded us for our second 9 and was able to squeeze us in the next morning! Great course!

Beautiful 27 hole course! My son takes private lessons from Logan and he has gone above and beyond what most swing coaches would do. Always great customer service from the employees that meet you at your car with a cart to the staff in the pro shop! Highly recommend this course!

Golf, up-north. What more could you ask for? GrandView does a great job with their courses, and these are evidence of a top notch crew. We played all 27 here, plus the Preserve as part of a golf package. I hope to return each and every year. I did enjoy the Preserve a bit more, but these are all great golf holes. The golf lodges we stayed at were great for our foursome. Thanks for great memories!

Course was in great shape and the GPS carts are such a help. Staff was great from the accommodating clubhouse to the warm greeting and encouragement of the starter.
Enjoyed the post round beverage and food as well with a view of the 18th green.

Played Woods to Marsh course. Very challenging holes but if you play it smart this course is a real treat. We played in mid June and the course and greens were in fabulous shape. If you are in the area this course is worth every nickel.

Classic Minnesota north country resort in the grand old tradition. But with many modern conveniences like WiFi and excellent tv's and DVDs in rooms. We visit in winter and take advantage of their cross country skiing rentals, snow shoe rentals, ice fishing services, great food and the spa. Service is excellent. We've been coming up here every year for more than 10 years and they have kept up the charm and their standards. We love this place!

One of my favorite courses to play. Beautiful scenery, wildlife, challenging, well maintained, and very fast greens. Be sure to take advantage of the tremendous practice facilities before your round.

We have a 16 man Ryder Cup style tournament every year and the place is always in excellent conditions. Great Clubhouse and many interesting/challenging holes to play! 😉✌⛳

Awesome course. Well manicured with GPS enabled carts. The only drawback is the resort guests that think they own the course and are super rude, besides that all good things.

The course is a nice layout. A combination of different challenges. As a member I thoroughly enjoy this course and The Preserve both outstanding courses that Grandview has to offer.
