Harbor Freight Tools

Who doesn't love going to a store that only sells tools. Store is clean and the staff is helpful. Great place to pick up just the right tool for the job. What more can you say. The 29 gallon air compressor and Titanium Flux welder have worked great for home use. I have had them both over a year.

First, I'd like to acknowledge Cade Funderburk as a wonderful employee.
I received a 132 pound toolbox via FedEx that was destroyed. Cade allowed me to return it to his store and happily exchanged it for me. Nowadays, finding an employee that actually seems to care is rare, very rare. I've been shopping with Harbor Freight for years and am a loyal customer and will continue to be. Cade not only helped me above the call of duty he said it was now on sale and refunded me. I used the money and then some to buy more tools and sign up for their Inside Track Club which will save me more money in the future. Thanks Cade for all your help.

Great store to find most simple tools like hammers, wrenches and impact sockets etc. Really affordable and pittsburgh makes some good quality tools for a quarter of the price of high end brands. I got 2 sets of half inch impact sockets and spent less than a single socket wouldve costed from matco. Highly reccomend for those who don't have a ton of money to spend on simple stuff. Also, alot of their stuff is covered with lifetime warranty.

They had what I was looking for and when I called to see if they had it on hand they were glad to put hands on and had it waiting for me at the counter for fast checkout no hassle and were happy to do so great customer service always happy to help you with anything you need

Can always find the hard to find tools there...they may be cheap in quality and price but they always seem to have what you need

The men's walmart, where we can find the tools for the job. And I can say that it pays to be a member of the club. If you're looking for something and can't find it, the associates are great at directing people to the site!

This is my store I love shopping at harbor freight

stopped by to pick up a 'farmers jack'.. went in, browsed for a bit, didn't see one.. asked the cashier where they were located.. she pointed me to the correct aisle.. and there it was.. they had several in stock.. I selected the model I was looking for, paid at the cashier, and was pleased with my purchase. Easy store to navigate, staff was helpful and courteous!

Very clean and staff are very friendly. You know it would be nice that if you added benches in there for people to sit. So one is shopping for tools. The others can have a seating waiting.

Had a 3/8 rachet break on me. They swaped it out with a new one, No problem. While here I found a few other tools to add to my collection. Staff is very helpful and glad I stopped in.

I purchased a cordless Impact a little over a year ago and also purchased a 3 year warranty with it. I had to exchange it yesterday because either the battery wouldn't charge any more or the battery charger itself was bad. Let me tell you that they had a young lady there by the name of Necse( I hope I spelled it correctly) and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time with me to try and look up my account and my wife and I could not remember if we put it under us or our buisness plus we had just changed phone numbers about 3 months ago and could not remember either one of ours past phone number. We also had our 9 month old grand baby with us and she was being a 9 month old lol. Necse was so wonderful, she never got frustrated with us and she was just pleasant to deal with. She finally had to get a manager to come over and they just went ahead and replaced my Impact with a new one. I hope Necse gets the recognition she deserves because there really isn't alot of nice employees in this industry that you deal with like her. Great job really appreciate everything she did for us.

Harbor Freight is like a toy store for grown-ups. Love this place. 5 stars for my favorite toy store!

Very clean floor and exceptional appearance for all areas of the business. The two ladies at the cash register could not have been any nicer.
Pleasant disposition for all staff. The men's bathroom was clean. I enjoyed doing business at that store and with the staff...thank you. A+!!!

This store is only a few months old, very clean, organized and friendly place. I will definitely visit again being new to the town to the area as well. Every town should have a Harbor Freight, maybe someday Bay Minette will have one.
