Go early, can be very busy and long line. Teller noticed I needed help for a label which they didn’t have and gave me a marker to write on the box and tape for the Priority boxes I needed to ship my items (can use their tape only for Priority shipping). Really appreciated her awareness to my need.

Went to help my father-in-law's passport renewal and the ladies who assisted were very helpful and made our anxious selves at ease. Process was easy with their warm accomodation. Thank u!

It gets busy here and parking isn't the best. But they really do a good job when you have an issue, trying to solve the problem. Also there are always a couple windows open so if you need to sort something out, you don't stop the entire show.

I came in for a passport renewal and the workers were all so friendly and helpful. The passport process can be annoying but they told me exactly what I need to do, what I’m paying for, what is going to happen.

I'm not sure who the postal carrier is that delivers to my address but I want to thank them with all my heart. I recently requested that my mail that has been backing up in my mailbox be brought to my apartment door as I've had mobility issues. I'm not able to walk down to the lobby of my apartment building. I was so happy to find that my mail was left outside my apartment door. I thank you with all my heart.

Missed our original passport application appointment. The staff serviced us still, even though they were well within their right to tell us to reschedule and they were in the middle of a rush. Friendly and professional.

Always polite and extremely helpful even when the impatient entitled customers are having infantile tantrums because they waited till 5:30 to go to an office that closes at 6 just like they all do and are surprised there is a line and not a red carpet gala for their arrival.

I have to agree with CHER. YL's assessment of the Washington St USPS branch. I've had to go there almost everyday for the past month because of the small business that I've started and I've dealt with Anne and David almost exclusively and they have been absolutely AWESOME to deal with along with the rest of the staff. Nice turnaround from the way the place used to run a few years ago. I actually enjoy going there now and I always leave with a smile because they are all so pleasant.

Over eight years, I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and more than a few having great senses of humor (times I've left laughing a MUCH needed laugh).. The lines are daunting, but they serve a lot of people, and are (I would imagine) understaffed.

Super helpful with my mail delivery experience recently. They followed up EXACTLY when they said they would and handled my issue.

The employees here went above and beyond (on a holiday!) to help me with a package. They were incredibly kind, patient, and flexible. Thank you!!
