I signed up about 3 weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it so far! Every member and instructor has been so warm and welcoming. I've always felt comfortable going at my own pace or making modifications, if I even need to. I will definitely be keeping my membership!

Also, to anyone who is intimidated by warm/hot yoga, don't be. Pam is an excellent instructor and warm/hot yoga should definitely be experienced before making the decision that it's not for you. it's incredibly relaxing! Hope that helps!

Should you try a yoga class? The short answer is YES.
It truly feels like a judgment-free zone, and all the instructors and members are so welcoming. I love that we have a high-quality yoga studio in Reedsburg. I look forward to classes every week and highly recommend it!
