Nan was awesome. I have a hard time finding glasses that fit my face and she made sure that we exhausted every option to ensure that I found the right pair of glasses. She was also very friendly, helpful, not pushy. The store was pleasant to shop in and the entire staff were professional and welcoming as well.

Quite possibly the best eyeglasses buying experience I’ve ever had. I know WP started online, but they’ve got an even better in-store experience! Christina helped me out today- oriented me to the glasses and had me pile up a few I liked, then gave me feedback on the best size and was quickly able to recommend styles. Once we found the style, we selected the color then a couple simple lens options and got a straightforward price. I didn’t actually have my Rx, but they have it setup to where Nancy setup my order and all I had to do was snap a pic of my Rx back at home to complete it. I’ve never understood why it had to be so complicated elsewhere. I now know it doesn’t have to be. Thank you!

I found some great prescription glasses and sunglasses at Warby Parker today. They have many options and are so helpful. The whole process was very efficient. My last two pair of glasses came from the same store. I am looking very forward to my new glasses.

Loved my experience !! The assistant Angel was very helpful in choosing my glasses that fit best for my style . The 2 Doctors : Natalie , Casey were awesome , and Natalie was informative and answered my questions . I was apprehensive because I knew Warby Park as online and the Dr would not actually be in it’s be virtual . But let me tell you I didn’t feel weird at all . Angel really made shopping for the glasses a fun and easy experience . I will be returning 😌

I had a great experience at Warby Parker today. I came in with little information about what I wanted and was met with patience, information and overall friendliness. It was clear this was the best place to get my first pair of prescription glasses.

Whoa! Everyone was so nice and helpful. This was a great experience from start to finish. The exam was absolutely top notch and I found many frames that fit me without any effort at all. The checkout process was the icing on the cake. I will very likely buy more frames from them.

Very impressive store and very clean and great smell. Very easy process to order as long as you have your Rx. The people were friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend stopping in to see for yourself!

First used WP in the mail try on stage years ago. Now visited a beautiful store that has a Zen quality to it and found the perfect pair of glasses before the entrance door fully closed. They are perfect and affordable.

I had a wonderful and easy experience at Warby Parker. They have a very large selection of frames and the associates were wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. I hope in the future they have eye exams at all their stores to make it easier but I would definitely use Warby Parker again

I'd say Christina and Lauren restored my confidence in Warby Parker, lol. I'd been disheartened by the decline in the quality of eyeglass frames, as it often seems like everything is on fast fashion these days. When I visited their store yesterday to have the nose pads fixed, I casually mentioned the frame's quality issue, not anticipating any resolution. To my surprise, they went above and beyond and provided me with a new frame. This just proves the importance of customer service when other parts may have failed.

Wonderful experience. Pleasant, helpful staff. Knowledgeable optician answered our questions about lens coatings. Staff was able to access our vision benefits even though we did not have a card. Great service! Eye glasses arrived as promised. Went back two weeks later to have minor adjustments made. Wonderful service again.
