My glasses had a bad break in the temple, and I was afraid they couldn't be repaired. I received excellent service from Gina, Sandy, and Kira in welcoming me to Triangle Visions and providing the best solution possible given the metal break. I am grateful for how they went "above and beyond" in helping me.

My daughter went to Triangle visions optometry for Vision Therapy. I can’t say enough about this team. Our Vision Therapist was amazing! It was a mentally and physically challenging experience for my daughter over many months but she always wanted to go to her appointments, somehow had FUN and solved the health issue we set out to clear. Our family cannot recommend them more. It’s not cheap or easy but if you are dedicated they will help you succeed and have a great time doing it!

I am so grateful to Dr. Brett Miller and Madison for providing this life-changing vision therapy. An ophthalmologist once told me therapy was not an option, but I am now a success story. My vision began improving within 3 weeks of starting. I have recommended them to other adults with vision problems not being addressed elsewhere. There is hope!

My son completed nine months of eye therapy in the Cary location and it was a great experience!! Dr. Miller was involved throughout the whole process and was always there to answer my questions and offer support!! Sue, our eye therapist was wonderful!! She was very professional and helped my son meet his goals!! I highly recommend this group for eye care/specialty needs!!

I found Triangle Visions in Briar Chapel after the office I had gone to for years was sold. All of the staff members I met were warm and inviting. Dr. O’Mara was friendly and professional. I’m a little confused by other reviews that mention not receiving their prescription, as it was stapled to my receipt before leaving. Happy with the services I received and will definitely be coming back!

Overall experience was excellent. Great staff and doctor Heather to help my family and I. Looking forward to continuing to work with this staff and office on all future needs. Being new to the area, everyone went above and beyond to support my family and I. My mother speaks Spanish and was a pleasant surprise to hear the doctor Heather speak to my mother in Spanish and see how happy and helpful it was that she could easily and clearly explain and talk to the doctor on her own. The process to select new glasses was exceptional, Valerie really did an amazing job to help us all. Can’t say enough about her support and excellent service! Dr. Miller and Madisen were ANGELS!! Even though it was hard, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Vision Therapy. I had the best team of therapists and would recommend VT to anyone that needs it. Ask for Madisen!!! She's awesome! :)

Vision therapy has been a gift to our son. Dr. Miller is kind and thorough - she gave us excellent explanations and a clear vision on how to move forward. Our weekly therapists Gabbie and Kristine were amazing to work with and made weekly appointments enjoyable and productive for my son. Kristine works at the Chapel Hill office and is bright, enthusiastic and positive - she was lovely to work with and a huge encouragement for our child.

Dr. Clinard was amazing with my daughter, there for her first eye exam. Friendly, funny, engaging, she eased my daughter's nervousness. It was the most fun I've ever had at the eye doctor (for myself or any of my children)! Besides that, she was simultaneously professional and sharp - I felt we were in really good hands. The office itself is clean and well staffed, and we had great service. Very, very happy.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Valerie took extra time with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and trying my new glasses. Dr. O Mara was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and professional, answered all my questions and was so friendly. Lisa was very competent performing all the tests and also do friendly.

Visiting here was a great experience! I called ahead of time to verify if they could replace my frames if I kept my lens. Valerie let me know that it was possible and wouldn't take that long if there was a match. Once I arrived I talked with Shay. Both Shay and Valerie helped me with finding frames. Unfortunately I couldn't find frames to match my lenses that also looked good to me, since there was only one match. But, Valerie definitely fixed my current frames to be more reliable for the rest of my roadtrip. I'll be sure to recommend Valerie and Shay going forward without a doubt! And I'll be ordering new glasses and lenses once I am back home explicitly because of the amazing interaction I've had between the two of them. They're "both" pros at their job, even if Valerie doesn't want to admit it herself. Thank you both!

I was referred here from UNC for vision assessment and therapy for Post Concussion Syndrome, and had therapy twice weekly for ~6 months. Dr. Miller is clearly a very knowledgeable and skilled provider. After my initial evaluation she was able to clearly explain to me what issues were going on with my vision, and how vision therapy would address them.

Sandi P., my vision therapist, is both extremely knowledgeable about vision therapy, and extremely skilled in communicating them to individuals who are not (Me). Particularly when those individuals have a head injury (Also Me). Even though the therapy was not easy, Sandi was able to keep it to the perfect level of intensity, and also make sure that I didn't overdo and spend the next three days in bed. She also made it fun, which was highly appreciated mid-pandemic. (They also do fantastically about public health measures there). I really hope I don't end up needing VT in the future, but if I do, I know where I'll be going!

It was my first time attending an optometry appointment outside of my home state of Wisconsin. Based on some great Google reviews, I chose Triangle Visions in Chapel Hill, NC. I really had a great appointment; I could not have dilation eye drops due to driving, and instead chose to get retinal imaging. Such a great option for those not wanting to get drops. I really appreciate the kind staff that helped me every step of the way! Awesome and clean storefront.

Sandi and the entire staff at Triangle Visions were incredible during my 16 weeks of vision therapy. I always felt important and like my needs were attended too. My progress speaks volumes to the quality of treatment I received. Would highly recommend!

Can’t thank Triangle Visions enough for all the help I received. I had vision problems due to a concussion and worked with Sue twice a week for a couple months and was able to fix all my vision problems. Sue was an amazing therapist and I absolutely loved working with her!

Has an eye accident and needed new analysis and glasses after surgery. The professionals and staff all went beyond any expectations for quality professional service. The doctors tests , diagnosis and recommendations were excellent. Highly recommend and as an added bonus , the prices were great !

My experience at Triangle Visions Optometry of Chapel Hill was great. Everyone was so welcoming. They treated me like I was more than just a new patient. The staff was very friendly, and not the I-am-trying-too-hard friendly, but their happiness and helpfulness was genuine. I felt like a friend instead of a patient when I left.
