I've had 4 sessions so far and after each session I can feel the pain stay away a little longer. My hope is at the end of my treatment I can be if not completely pain free but a little less painful.

I have found my experiences at Tidewater PT in Chester, MD very beneficial. I have gone to Tidewater for several different physical ailments and all were treated successfully. The staff is professional, pleasant and easy to work with. As a senior adult, I appreciate having a Physical Therapy group that understands my needs.

I’m 37, and experienced pain with intimacy and pelvic exams after my hysterectomy, and started seeing Hannah Porter for Pelvic PT. She is so kind and welcoming, makes you feel incredibly safe, and is incredibly knowledgeable. Pelvic PT is a very intimate process, it was very easy to build that trust with her!

I travel over from Arnold/Annapolis and it is well worth the extra 15 minutes over the bridge to see Hannah. The entire office staff is incredibly friendly, and they take most major insurances - which is huge because many Pelvic PTs have gone cash-pay or don’t take insurance. Thank you so much Hannah for everything you have done for me!

they have done a thorough evaluation of my physical therapy needs and they continue to push me on my therapy goals for improved range of motion and improving the pain of the injury . They are very conveniently located and making and changing appointments can be readily done .

Tidewater-Chester is Amazing! Brian, Becky and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly and very professional. They helped me regain strength and range of motion after meniscus surgery. Tidewater is the best physical therapy practice around (and I’ve been to a few)! Brian is so knowledgeable and provides thorough care. He personalizes his treatments to each patient and is practical with his treatment plan. Everyone there is so kind and understanding. Don’t forget great music and conversations. It almost made me sad when it was time for me to “graduate” out of needing services. Would recommend 100%!

Excellent experience! Everyone is welcoming, friendly, professional. My knee injury required several months of therapy and each visit was beneficial and effective. I am once again able to resume my physical exercise activities because of the treatment I received from Tidewater Physical Therapy. I went to Tidewater for physical therapy for my arthritic hip. Before going, I was in pain during every day activities like getting into the car and sweeping the floor. The staff was wonderful and attentive. I notice an improvement in a couple of weeks. By the end of my treatment, I had learned what exercises I need to continue doing and I now have no pain during normal daily activities. Thank you! - Doris McGee

After trying 2 other places of business for therapy & not being very pleased, I tried Tidewater & now I’ve been going for the last 6 months! I am beyond thankful for all of the amazing staff, they are all absolutely wonderful! From pre op to post op, good days & bad, my pain tolerance was & is always taken into consideration. Brian & his team are so kind & very friendly. Even when it came to scheduling, again they’re very accommodating. As a team they had me passing expectations in no time. They’re always on top of sanitizing too! I absolutely recommend Tidewater in Chester.

I want to rave about everyone at Tidewater Physical Therapy in Chester, Md! After having my hip replaced, they have helped me recover with their extensive knowledge and kindness. I actually look forward to going there 2 & 3 times a week! On occasion, I have been concerned that I may have done something to set myself back and they always reassure me that what I am feeling is just my body recovering or adjusting. I always leave there feeling much better mentally and physically. They really guide you through the whole process of what to expect, and then give you realistic guidelines to achieve your goals. They are great listeners and it is fun to be there!

The first day I left there, I felt 100% better than I've felt in the last 10 years. Brian and his staff are very knowledgeable, people friendly, courteous, friendly and pleasant to be around. Every time I leave this facility, I feel better and better each time. I couldn't be more pleased with the treatments I'm receiving. My treatments are scheduled twice a week and I look forward to them every week. Thank you Brian and your staff for helping me to become pain free. I am blessed!

I highly recommend this office! I’ve been seen for running related injuries and have had the best care available. Brian has spent a ton of one on one time, both diagnosing and treating my knee injuries. Finding exactly what I need to be doing to correct my exact issue. He is also super personable, and explained everything going on very descriptively to me. The care you receive here doesn’t make it feel like a medical appointment. The PT techs Becky and Jaclyn also made my experience phenomenal. They are great to work with, helpful and teach all of the exercises very well, answering any questions you may have. I looked forward to learning new exercises, hearing from the staff, and evaluating my progress. Absolutely will return to this office specifically for any issues in the future (even though I plan/hope to stay injury free!!) Thanks again Chester team!

Between my wife and I, we have been to every Physical Therapy practice on Kent Island. This is by far the best. They give us much more personal attention (as opposed to being left unsupervised on a machine) delivered by an extremely well trained staff. Five stars is not high enough praise. My 80 year old wife recovered full range of motion after breaking her elbow into three pieces and having a plate and screws put in. They also put up with my endless questions.

Came here after hip replacement surgery at recommendation from my neighbor. Brian and all the staff were terrific. After 8 weeks of therapy my hip feels great and I'm walking 2-3 miles a day without assistive devices.

Brian and the staff are extremely good at what they do. I found my treatment to be very beneficial and correct my issue within 2 months. What a great asset to have on Kent Island. Thanks again for the care you provided.

The entire team at Tidewater PT is absolutely amazing. I had a few months of PT after a knee replacement and they have me feeling like new. Definitely recommend if you need PT in the Chester area.
