Shore Elite Physical Therapy

Dana and Ashley are so knowledgeable and skilled. We have and will continue to use them for our PT needs for our teenage athletes and ourselves. I utilized their free injury screening provided in June and was amazed at the information provided. A detailed work up of limitations and areas to strengthen to prevent injury was provided with a comprehensive home exercise plan that both of our girls have been doing all summer. What a generous free service! Our community is lucky to have these ladies at Shore Elite.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and they get results! My back was out and Ashley fixed it almost instantly. They also gave me a lot of great PT exercises for strengthening and injury prevention. I'm definitely going to be a return patient/customer.

I have been to multiple Physical therapy places throughout the last 10 years and I have never had the experience that I had with Shore Elite. For the first time I walked in having excruciating pain and left feeling so much better through just one appointment. You will not be treated as just another customer here, they truly care and you will get 1 on 1 time for the full hour. Ashley and Dana are the best !! Highly recommend to all !

I’ve been seeing Ashley and Dana since mid 2023 are they are wonderful. They’ve really helped me stay healthy, improve my performance in the gym, and my look as a bodybuilder. They are a staple in my regimen and I will be going to them for the foreseeable future.

I have personally gone to Shore Elite several times for pain that they have been able to help me alleviate. Most recently they were able to help me with a more urgent need and encouraged cupping, which helped significantly with my issue. Trusting your PT is a big deal and Shore Elite has some of the BEST!

Went to Shore Elite for partial knee replacement, and am back to doing things I love!!!

I’ve had shin splints since highschool (I am 33 now) Everytime I start my running journey I have to stop because of pain. Seeing the ladies at SEPT has been life changing. I can not say enough good about them. Even being pregnant, they took the time to show me how to tape my belly up for optimal back support when I need it. This is not your average PT office. They don’t assess you and send you home to “do the work” yourself. Forever grateful and again, I can not compliment them enough. Incredible work and detail to their patients.

These folks are GREAT! I've had more relief in a couple visits to Shore Elite than I've had in years through other therapy. The dry needling and other methods have been a game changer for me. And they have made a breakthrough with my daughter's chronic knee issues as well. I'm a patient for life!

Years of multiple aches and pains, multiple PT practices, none of them have been as hands on and effective as Ashley and Shore Elite! I finally feel like I’m getting some actual relief. I am looking forward to continuing on my PT program at Shore Elite!

I’m currently sitting in the parking lot typing this review as I just got out of my
first session. Needless to say this is the best PT experience I’ve ever had. They were extremely personable and made me feel at ease in my treatment and as a person! I feel well taken care of and am excited to keep coming back.
