Love this CVS location! The store is always clean & stocked with the items I’m generally shopping for. The Pharmacy drive through is very convenient, and the customer service is wonderful.
It’s truly a great neighborhood store location.

Ivan the pharmacist gave me my COVID booster. He is a total pro. Put it in, and I didn't even feel it. But in a good way.

I had a great experience at the Natick store compared to the Wellesley store. I will never go back to the Wellesley store and I am satisfied at Natick

Have been a customer of this pharmacy for 12+ years. Not that they were ever friendly but the fact that they were open 24x7 was very convenient, especially having small children. This place has been going downhill consistently. They process prescriptions late and sometimes close their pharmacy at will. Today was when I decided to leave and find another pharmacy- at 6pm I drove by the drive thru window only to be told to come back later to pick up an eye drop for pink eyes. An hour later, after I was back, there was a note saying that due to staff shortage, drive thru was closed so I went inside and saw one pharmacist and 4 technicians in the pharmacy and was immediately told that they were closed. I told them that I was asked to return later and that this medication was for someone really suffering and that the pharmacy was 24x7. The pharmacist was very rude and said they closed at 7 and asked me to return in the morning. The 5 of them looked like bouncers trying to kick people out...BYE CVS.

All of the visits I’ve had within the last few months to CVS have been absolutely horrible. The store itself is great although frequently understaffed. The pharmacy is awful. Frequently, there are handwritten signs up when you get there saying sorry closed with no other information. On other occasions, the pharmacy is open but the drive-through is closed and the line in the store is 12 to 15 people long.

Tonight I just got out of the hospital and was waiting for my prescriptions which had been sent there, and kept getting the in process message, so I finally called over only to hear that the pharmacy closed and that if I wanted my prescriptions tonight I would need to have them transfer to the Marlborough store. I live in Natick so this is not great especially having just gotten out of the hospital- literally my appendix ruptured Sunday and I’ve been in the hospital ever since! So I called Marlborough and they said oh no they’re on the last step of the process in Natick so it’s too late to transfer them so I have to wait till tomorrow morning. That means I’ll have missed three doses of my pain medication and one dose of my antibiotic. I cannot believe this is what a major company considers appropriate. This pharmacy used to be fully staffed and open 24 hours. There are plenty of pharmacists. The pharmacist want more hours. It is not the pharmacist who are the problem it is the self centered greed of the company CVS trying to ruin their own in- store pharmacies and force people into their new (apparently horrible) mail order business called “Caremark”. CVS is absolutely horrific. They have no concern at all for their customers. I am actually Deleting the app and changing my pharmacy to Walgreens, which is right across the street and every experience I’ve had there when CVS has failed me has been appropriate and reasonable.

Corporate CVS needs to hire back help so the pharmacists aren't always backed up and left with no help . Hopefully this makes it to Corporate CVS and they realize people will transfer their prescriptions to Walgreens or some other pharmacy if they don't rectify the situation with no help.

My family and I have been CVS pharmacy customers for almost two decades, but today I experienced the last straw and am moving to Walgreens. The 137 W Central CVS is notoriously slow at filling prescriptions, so much that I've had my son's pediatrician and my own doctor scoff when I told them where to send the prescriptions because, in the pediatrician's words, "They take FOREVER." Today my son had his wisdom teeth out and the oral surgeon called in an antibiotic at 9:30 a.m. I arrived at CVS at 10:05 a.m. I was told they had no record of the doctor calling in the prescription. I confirmed with the oral surgeon they had indeed called it in. When I inquired whether CVS had checked their messages, the pharmacist assistant got huffy and said, "There's a process that must be followed. The pharmacist has to listen to the message, write down the prescription, and fill the prescription." Like this was some complicated process. I asked if they could expedite it, and she told me they couldn't find the pharmacist. I asked, "She's missing?" The assistant said, "We've paged her but can't find her." I left since she could not estimate when it'd be ready. It's now 11:25 a.m. and they have not called to tell me it's ready. Meanwhile, my son is sitting at home with a bloody mouth.

They claimed I had picked up a prescription when in reality I didn't leading to a whole debacle with my insurance. The only thing this pharmacy is good at doing is consistently getting my prescription wrong, wrong brand and wrong amount.
