Panchitos Ice Cream

My husband & I came here for the first time and tried the sorbet. Between the two of us, we tried the cucumber lime, mango, pineapple, strawberry, & lime. All were excellent, but the mango really stood out. We’ll be coming back regularly!

Delicious. We got the Bionico, and the sweet cream was delicious. Absolutely would visit again.

If I lived in Lexington, I’d be here everyday! Each ice cream is bursting with naturally sourced flavor. The effort and authenticity of their hand made process results in flavor profiles that are to die for. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back!!

Best mango ice cream I've ever had! You can taste and see the real pieces of fruit in the ice cream. Definitely will be coming back if I'm in the area.

The ice cream is some of the best I have ever tried. We tried the Watermelon, Coffee, Horchata, and Pistachio. All were excellent. The Pistachio is the best Pistachio Ice Cream that I have ever tried. The staff is very friendly and was able to answer all the questions I had about ingredients (coconut allergy). The prices are superb for the quality of the products you get.

Cute little store, with delicious unique flavors! Got the pistachio, that was mildly sweet with pieces of pistachio. Also got the mango and OMG! Smooth, creamy with little pieces of fruit.
With travel here just for dessert!

The owners are extremely passionate about providing the best quality service and food!!!! The mango sorbet blows me away every single time, we love coming here every Friday after the service at the mosque, it quickly became our family ritual!! The corn + mayo cup is phenomenal too, so is the Ferraro ice cream, as well as the Doritos bag mix, we have loved everything we have tried and loved the service and the vibe too!

Very unique ice cream experience the mangonada was unlike any ice cream treat I’ve ever had and was delicious along with their ice cream bars. Owner was very helpful and personable and they make almost everything in house

I have been going here for 5-6 years, possibly? Everything they have is amazing, and they have a lot of things! I’m so happy to see them doing well enough for the new building. Everything there is made from scratch. I really love their Mangonadas, but the ice cream and sherbet is amazing as well!

I could not possibly write a more glowing review of this ice cream restaurant. Every employee I have EVER encountered on my multiple and consistent trips to Panchitos has always treated each and every customer with incredible service and attention to detail. Not to mention their homemade ice cream-OUT OF THIS WORLD. Hands down the BEST ice cream in Lexington. Anyone else who tells you otherwise is severely mistaken.

Incredible ice cream that is homemade paired with impeccable service! They have such a wide range of offerings so you could never get bored! My favorite is the gansito! Really amazing prices and quality. I would eat here every day if I could!! Don’t miss out!

Great, friendly service! Homemade treats, an array of interesting flavors. Generous servings on the ice cream. I had elote (corn) and queso (slightly salty, creamy — very pleasant). Great place!
