When we went in to get our eye exams, we had to get the eye puffer that I like to call it and the nurse was really nice. She said if it helps to look at her hair while it puffs. and it didn’t feel like we were rushed. Then we went in to get our actual, eye exams done, and the doctor was very good with explaining things and I didn’t feel rushed at all, and was very nice. Then when we went to go pick her out our eyeglasses, the woman told us where everything was that we needed to know, and then left us alone. So we had enough time to browse and was very nice on saying what looks good on us and very helpful. Thank you for being so helpful.

The staff at this location is amazing! From the front desk staff, to the staff that helps pick out your frames and help with the actual lenses! Tony was exceptional and has a keen eye for making sure the frames you are choosing are going to be the most functional for you and what you need them for! Dr. Crampton was awesome as well. Extremely personable and made everything with the eye exam effortless! 20/10 recommending to all my friends and family!

We come to the LensCrafters in Frederick every year. Dr Glenn is fantastic and Irene is wonderful as well. They are so knowledgeable, professional, and patient. They always make us feel like they want to get your prescription and glasses exactly right.

My husband and I had our first visit at LensCrafters as new patients yesterday and we had such a good experience. He had a contact lens fitting appt with an exam and I was in for a general exam as a walk in. We were greeted by a cheerful front desk associate and I was taken back for my pre-screen right away. I was seen by Dr. Crampton in what felt like no time at all. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough Dr. Crampton was during my exam. My previous provider performed my exams but it always felt rushed. Dr Crampton spent a lot of time asking me questions, going over my retinal scan, advising me about vision changes with my current pregnancy, as well as just providing great care to me as a new patient of hers. I really appreciated the in depth visit. My husband also saw Dr. Crampton for both the exam and the contact fitting and agreed that it felt like the care she provided was very much in depth and personalized as opposed to the care we are accustomed to. It was a great change of pace for us. While he was getting fitted for his contacts, I was shopping for glasses with Nancy assisting me. Nancy was a wonderful help. She would allow me space to shop and try on while checking in with me periodically as well as providing some feedback. As soon as I made my choice, she stepped in swiftly and wrapped everything up for me including what I am expected to pay out of pocket. All in all, I think we'll be staying with LensCrafters from here on out. Highly recommend if you're looking for a more personalized experience from your eye doctor!

The selection of glasses is great and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Love Dr Glenn she is so friendly and explains everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend this place.

The absolute best place to go for both glasses and contacts in Frederick. The doctor I see, Nicole Crampton, is by far the best eye care doctor I have ever dealt with. She goes over everything with you in detail, takes her time, answers all your questions, does not rush you, and does a fantastic job at refracting you to the correct power.

I have gotten my best pair of glasses here, and the best RX for contacts here, that I have ever had, and I cannot thank her, and her team enough. The initial prescreen went very smoothly and Gia is an absolutely wonderful person to work with during the prescreen.

I had many issues coming in for my contacts appointment and they were all addressed appropriately and thoughtfully. I finally got into the correct power, brand, and type of contacts I desperately needed after being mistreated at MyEyeDoctor. LensCrafters here in Frederick are absolutely amazing. They take care of you from the moment you step through the door.

When I came to get my glasses, they actually arrived a few days sooner than they predicted. I love my glasses and the frames I picked out. I love that they correct my vision perfectly, without being over powered and certainly not underpowered.

Nicole definitely spends the time necessary to truly ensure your eye health is in great shape. By far the best. I am extremely sensitive to even the smallest of power changes, whether it be a tiny bit too powerful or a tiny bit underpowered - I will and do notice. She understood that and spent the time with me to get the absolute correct powers and astigmatism cylinder and axis and it pays off handsomely in glasses that are easy on the eyes and contacts that do the job perfectly.

I cannot thank them enough for how amazing the experience was. It was truly what I needed. I was having so many difficulties with my vision beforehand but all of that was resolved when I started going to LensCrafters.

Dr. Crampton is awesome! My family and I have been patients of hers for a few years now. She is professional and personable and makes a trip to the eye doctor enjoyable. Also, Allison and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They make the frame and lens selection process simple.

I worked with Irena. She was excellent! Very professional and friendly. I had my eyes examined at a different provider, but didn't like any of the glasses they had. Irena listened to what I was looking for and made some recommendations. I chose my regular glasses, but couldn't decide on a sunglass option. I looked online and returned to the Frederick store to proceed with the sunglasses. Irena was terrific! .

I went in with a pair of sunglasses that were bent and I didn’t purchase them at Lens Crafters. I was prepared to pay to have them adjusted. Nancy helped me and was incredibly nice! She fixed my glasses in 5 minutes and didn’t charge me.

I got my prescription elsewhere, but when my eyes didn’t adjust well to the new glasses, the team at LensCrafters was incredibly accommodating and kind. I got an adjusted prescription from the doctor, they remade the glasses, and they did all of it very promptly so I didn’t have to have an interruption in wearing the glasses or having the right prescription. They were wonderful to work with!

The whole experience was exceptional! They helped me to select a frame after my trying on multiple pairs and got my order processed quickly! The customer service was amazing!

FANTASTIC! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, Dr. Crampton, Allison and Irena specifically helped me out and couldn’t have done a better job 👍🏻👍🏻! Everything was easy to do such as setting up my annual eye checkup, ordering new prescription glasses and discussing options. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to the competition.

This is a great LensCrafters location. The folks working here have been doing so for years, and it shows. They’re adept at making the transition from the on-site optometrist Rx updates over to the LensCrafters sales side of the house and they can tell when folks need help or to be pointed in the right direction and then left to browse on their own. These folks take the pain out of the industry-wide insane markups on prescription eyewear. At least until checkout lol. I have had to come back repeatedly for a previous Rx that had issues with the RayBan filters, etc., and it took two tries to eventually figure out that those specific filters were the issue making that Rx on that frame distort my field of view in odd ways. The folks at this location helped me out along the way without making me feel guilty or gaslighting me. My most recent trip, this past Tuesday, had me in for an optometry appointment and purchasing new glasses all within an hour or so. Very quick and painless. I would recommend this location to anyone on this side of Frederick needing these services.
