Wink! vision Frederick

Wink! vision of Frederick is fantastic. I have been going to them for a few years now. It starts with the staff/techs that greet you when you enter and then through your pre-screening exams. Finally, after seeing the doctor, the staff/techs help you with purchasing the right glasses/sunglasses. They are very knowledgeable and patient through the whole process and will even work up costs, with your insurance, so you know exactly what you are paying. They are so friendly and so helpful. I have seen both Dr. V and Dr. K over the years and you can't go wrong with either one. They are both very pleasant and knowledgeable. They listen to any issues you may present and they walk you through all diagnosis. The selection of glasses and sunglasses is fantastic and they carry a great selection of my favorite sunglasses, Maui Jim's! Of course I have purchased 5 different pairs of Maui Jim's from them over the last few years. If you are looking for an eye doctor, this is the place to go!

Love love love this store and Dr. Vendittis! She is absolutely amazing and so is the entire staff! The store is gorgeous! The whole aesthetic and vibe is on point!

Dr. Julie and her team are FANTASTIC. The best experience at an optometrist's office I've ever had, she is very caring and gentle. Josh is very good at his job as well, he is quick and will remember you regardless of the amount of customers he has. Overall will recommend Wink! To everyone I know.

After a very bad experience at another local eye doctor office, we went to Dr. Vendittis at Wink! and are so thrilled with the experience and results. My 16 year old daughter has worn glasses since she was 5 years old and was being fitted for contacts; Dr. Vendittis took her time with my daughter and explained to both of us step by step what was going on. She listened to our concerns and addresses each of them. We are extremely pleased with the beautiful office space and kind staff. Highly recommend!!!

WOW what an outstanding business that really understands what customer service is all about. All the latest state of the art equipment much better than my own eye doctor office. The staff was outstanding and made me feel right a home. After a few quick tests I had my prescription and was ready to get fitted for my new glasses, and what a large selection there was. If you want a grade A experience I would stop in and see what you've been missing at other eye care places. Thanks Nick, Dr. Julie and Jon for the referral and the awesome service.

I am pleased that Frederick has another optometrist and I care option. For years I’ve gone to MyEyeDr but lately I’ve not been impressed with their service. I googled vision centers in Frederick and Wink was a top result with five star reviews. They are relatively new but I decided to schedule an appointment with them. They called me almost immediately and I had a vision appointment scheduled the next day.

My initial appointment went smoothly. The two staff members in the front we’re pleasant, friendly, and very informative. The optometrist I saw was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and really focused on my eye needs. She was very thorough with her vision exam. She provided recommendations for my eyes and why the lens she picked were best for my needs. I forget the gentleman’s name who helped me, but I told him I was looking for eyeglasses that accentuated my face. He provided several frame recommendations and I fell in love with the pair that I am currently wearing.

Today I got my glasses, which came in early which I was pleasantly surprised about. I went in and two other gentlemen greeted me, I did not see them during my initial appointment but they were very friendly! They took the time to explain told how my new lenses work.They said if I need any assistance in the future to come on in and they will take care of me.

I highly recommend Wink for your vision needs! They are personable, pleasant, informative, and provide wonderful recommendations. I am so pleased with my entire experience and my glasses that I have! Thank you Wink!

Had a wonderful experience today. Got my eye exam, consultations, frames and lenses in under an hour. Doctor and staff were very helpful and polite. The atmosphere was very inviting, well organized and clean. Definitely will make this place my primary for all my glasses needs!

Wink has always been very kind and helpful since started using them. They find glasses that are comfortable, stylish, and affordable. They also offer sunglasses and clip ons to assist those like myself who are colorblind and it has been a game changer for me. If I ever wanted to use my colorblind sunglasses I had to take off my prescription glasses which would cause me to have headaches but with the clip ons I can see clearly and still see colors without the massive headaches.

I went to Wink! for a regular exam and was impressed with the high-level of service that I received. Dr. V and staff were very helpful throughout the process and took the time to explain the intricacies related to both my eye health and insurance. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

Took the time to correct my vision back to 20/20 something I've been told couldn't be done for 20 years. The doctor here is patient and thorough and their store is a pleasant, upscale environment.

Josh was great! He helped me with some great new glasses. I also got sunglasses as Nick was extremely helpful. I was so satisfied I went back and got some designer sunglasses for my wife’s bday. She will be visiting soon for her new frames. Highly recommend!

I don't usually post reviews unless there is something particularly good or bad i feel the need to share with people. I have been a customer at Wink in Frederick for over a year and I must say, they check ALL the boxes. Not only that, but after the initial sale they still take care of you. To some this sounds like it should be the norm however most realize that unfortunately that is not the case. Do yourself a favor and check out Wink. It's by far the best experience ive personally had getting and maintaining glasses.

By far the best eye examination I have ever had. And I have had many.
The doctor took her time, really cared. My new contacts are awesome.

Dr Julie was wonderful! She took the time to help me get the right rx contact lens, my eyes were super finicky but she had patience with me :). She’s a very welcoming and friendly doctor and I highly recommend her.
