Renaissance Chef Catering was absolutely incredible to work with. We hired them to cater our 100 person wedding and everything turned out amazing! The food was delicious, the staff were professional and courteous, Jake is a fantastic chef and great to work with, Alisha was so amazing with every single detail of our day, and Kristen was fabulous the day of the event! We had numerous dietary restrictions and food allergies which they made navigating a breeze. I would hire them again and again for the delicious food, kind service, and wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Alisha and Renaissance Chef Catering Company. They helped us pull together an amazing farewell party for the CEO of our Foundation. With only 2 1/2 weeks' time to plan, Alisha was incredibly patient with my many questions and requests. She was always accessible and returned my emails quickly. The food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. We had 175 guests and many of them complimented the food and wanted to know who the caterer was. The staff that worked the event were punctual, friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional, going above and beyond. They even cleaned the rug when a few berries were dropped and left a stain. Renaissance Chef was amazing to work with. They were one of the exclusive caterers for our wedding venue (Mountain Memories at Thorpewood). We requested half of our menu be Filipino dishes which weren't listed on their normal menu. This included being open to work with another vendor on getting a full-sized suckling pig. The chef was happy to take on the challenge of incorporating our culture and the dishes turned out great! We also chose to do a bar package, the bartenders did a great job with our requested drink menu. We also had an issue with a guest drinking excessively. They acted very professionally with grace and kindness. Every single one of their bartenders and servers were very nice and sweet. We couldn't ask for a better caterer to work with.

Absolutely amazing experience, from start to finish. Alisha was incredible with the planning process. She was so helpful, patient and kind. The staff that showed up for my wedding were so much fun. Food was great and staff were absolutely phenomenal. 10/10, highly recommend.

The hospitality that Ms Maria provided at the Celebration of Life event for Miranda Ruane this past Saturday, went above and beyond any hospitality service that I have ever dealt with. She was so awesome and kind and efficient and knowledgeable, she was compassionate, hard working, she was a problem solver, she was visible throughout the wake and for the large amount of people occupying the space at the Oak Room, everything seemed to go so smoothly and without any issues. Thank you Ms Maria for your help in getting me setup to do my 34 minute video that I made! You truly were a lifesaver and I’m

It was a pleasure working with the Renaissance team at a recent wedding. We’ve worked with a lot of caterers over the years in the wedding business, and their staff’s performance was truly exemplary: polite and friendly and extremely efficient. Many of them went out of their way to check in on us—making sure we got dinner and had everything we needed to deliver the night’s entertainment. Oftentimes, the other vendors at a wedding are simply an afterthought for the caterers. The Renaissance staff showed that they were on top of everything for the guests and for us as well. Just top quality folks!

I have worked with Renaissance for the past 10 years and they never fail to amaze me with their ability to be very professional as well as in tune to the needs of their clients. Excellence from planning to conclusion. Friendly and detailed to make the arrangements, flexible and accommodating. 300-person fundraising banquet was executed quite well. The staff was terrific, and there were enough people to thoroughly care for our guests. Plated dinner was served hot which is remarkable considering the VERY limited catering facilities at the venue. Will definitely hire them again!

Renaissance Chef did such an amazing job catering our backyard wedding. They were incredibly accommodating to our vegetarian menu selections, different dietary restrictions, and last minute head count changes. The staff worked together flawlessly, and ensured that my husband and I had food, drinks, and desserts. The bartenders also did a fantastic job! Highly recommend.

So far in 2023 I have used Renaissance Chef for post funeral receptions 3 times and a reception after a memorial service just this past weekend…a retirement reception is planned for July 2023…working with Alisha, Chuck and Maria is such a wonderful experience! This caterer listens to your requests, makes suggestions or modifications as needed, is very reasonably priced, and delivers a complete package to the customer and venue! I highly recommend Renaissance Chef for any party, event, or function!

Renaissance Chef is more than just delicious! They get what type of energy, attentiveness and personality is necessary for a wedding. The staff was AMAZING! I was one of the bridesmaids in a lovely friends wedding over the weekend. We were so lucky to be in the amazing hands of Renaissance Chef! The made sure our bride and groom were not bombarded by guests insisting on photos during dinner, she checked up on us when they noticed some confusion between the DJ and coordinator. They were so quick to reset the sweetheart table when another guest accidentally knocked a glass vase off the it. They were so attentive to any and everything which made for an extremely fun night! They never broke character. I’m pretty sure they smiled the entire evening, even during clean up. You can tell they love what they do. I would highly recommend Renaissance Chef. So much talking about the staff that I almost forgot about the food! The meat was tender, I went back for seconds and my husband for thirds! There was plenty for everyone and they organized the buffet in ammeter that didn’t leave us waiting in line at all! They are exactly what any bride can wish for on their big day plus, they CAN dance! I may have another wedding just to hire them!
