Been to this CVS a lot of times. Everytime I’m in here service is always nice towards me. There are always sales on something in this store and I enjoy that.

Was on hold for over an hour when I tried to call the pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to accept good rx that was specifically for CVS at this location. I was there for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved all while being very sick. As soon as 7:45 hit, the pharmacist said “I’m not staying late, we cannot accept good rx, you need to leave”. Very unprofessional! I am switching insurance companies so I don’t have to deal with this awful organization

CVS corporate seriously understaffs this store. To a level that is unacceptable and borders on criminal. The pharmacy staff are very nice--- but they are SO severely understaffed they cannot do their jobs effectively. Phone calls to the pharmacy are not answered. It took THREE trips that pharmacy for me to actually get my Rx-- and even then I only got it after a 30 min wait.

Totally unacceptable.

This CVS does not have any medicine?????. Is the third time I request for my daugther medicine and they said we ordered and couldnt get it so there is nothing we can do. I WAS LIKE .... "ok". Last time was to order the medicine, it took three days for a emergency medication and they were not registered in their system. CVS in general is so bad.

CVS in Hagerstown Commons has consistently trended downward in the last year or two. Can’t keep a pharmacist for more than a few months at a time (even though you give lunch 130 - 200 pm) this reminder is everywhere!!! The phones remain unanswered & the worst … the pharmacy closes due to “lack of staffing” on a Saturday afternoon; seriously- that’s your excuse to a senior citizen who is out of medication & is in a wheelchair, that’s pathetic

I filled a prescription yesterday - they misinterpreted the doctor's request and gave me three times the meds that were requested (9 packets instead of 3). The extra cost to my insurance company was huge. I've been trying to contact them to see what might be done about this, and I've been put on automated endless hold for an hour last night and then again this morning. Apparently no one answers the phone. It's pretty bad customer service.

Better get there early because when it's time for them to close it doesn't matter if you're in line or not they tell you to leave
