CVS Pharmacy

The last time I was at CVS was Friday May 3rd and it seemed to be just fine this time. I was waited on byJody he was quick and professional and all my prescriptions were ready. Unlike the other times I've been there recently.

Its always a pleasant visit but for the last few weeks the workers seemed over worked due to not enough employees!!!Overall I💜 luv this cvs💜

Brian and Kaitlyn do their job and get stuff done. They are awesome.

Absolute nightmare would not recommend. Brian screamed my medication in front of every one talked to me like garbage I had 3 people apologize to me that were in line at the pharmacy saying how sad it was how I was treated my medicine was ready for pick up on the 6th the older lady refused to give it to me that day I was calm she printed out that I was early the month prior but when I asked her to print when I was due for pick up my doctor said it’s to be picked up on the 6th to have what ever they needed filled out faxed over she threatened to call the police on me it is now the 10th I go in and due to them being angry with me they red flagged me so I’m unable to pick my medicine up needless to say if you don’t want issues and disrespect don’t use this pharmacy

Awful! I had prescriptions my doctor sent on Friday and all but 1 were filled 2 days later on Sunday. After waiting 2 hours Sunday they said the one was out of stock. Tomorrow is Tuesday and I still have not had the refill. This is a total of 5 days I have gone without! AWFUL!

This place is a nightmare, they can never get prescriptions correct something has been wrong or incorrect every single time I go to pick up my medications. Go somewhere else, this pharmacy is going too kill someone one day. The pharmacy staff are rude and couldn't care less, the phone never gets answered and no one takes accountability for anything, they will yell at you and there answer to everything is "call your doctor". This pharmacy and the CVS brand should be ashamed of itself.

My elderly mother spent hours on the phone trying to get thru to the pharmacy. She wanted the status of a prescription that had been called in by her doctor two days prior. No one ever answered. I finally went to the window and I was advised that it had not been filled yet and would be at least another hour. I asked how we could get thru on the phone to check on the status and I was advised “we are just too busy to answer the phone”. The young lady had no empathy at all. So sad to think our parents are being treated so badly by what once was a reputable pharmacy.

The literal worst CVS to exist. You cannot reach anyone by phone, ever. The drive thru is open maybe 10% of the time they're open and they will shut the window in your face, regardless of how long you've been waiting, if it's time for them to leave, even if the pharmacy itself is still open. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen in a pharmacy and if my insurance didn't make me use CVS I'd run somewhere else.

The biggest issue for me is that they never answer the phone. At least, I have never had anyone answer my call. So when the automated system tells me my script is ready (when it Isn’t) I get annoyed for needing to drive to the location for no reason. This has happened more than once. Seriously, get it together.

Always get an automated message saying my prescription is ready. When I go to pick it up they tell me 15 minutes, it's not ready. Waiting in drive through line for 15 minutes, for it to be covid testing only at the window. It would make sense to notify people with a sign at the beginning of the line.

This one the most slow cvs I ever seen last time just for amoxicillin the guy told me come back in 3 hours and when I get there again the other lady said it’s not ready come back in 20 minutes 😡😠😡

So tired of getting texts saying my prescription is ready, only to get there and be told it will be another hour until I can pick it up, while the girl is holding the prescription in her hand!

One start is way to much. I came in to ask to use the bathroom so i could clean my wound. And Sandy or Sammy the pharmacist tells me the bathrooms are broken. When i go to the front desk to ask where i could clean my wound she opened the bathroom i asked about in the first place....😡. All Sandy/Sammy had to say is the front desk could open the bathroom. His attitude was not needed
