Had a fantastic experience at The Watch Shop- quick, friendly, very knowledgeable! Changed the battery on husband’s one watch and added links to another. Appreciated all the time and information!!

I've been coming here for years and the staff are fantastic! Usually I'll try to do something to my watch like change the battery and go ahead and not get the back on. Then I say to myself "should've just gone to the cool place in the mall." Speaking from experience I needed a watch press to get the back on. Went to the Watch Stop and they fixed it up in about two seconds! Always amazing service!

Always bring my watches there for battery changes. Never had an issue, one year warranty on new battery, not too shabby. That kiosk area is one of the few tenured businesses remaining at the mall.

Called and spoke to Rick, was able to drop off watch and have dials reassembled, cleaned, battery replaced within 10 mins. Rick has been in this business for 20 years and you can tell.

I will be back, and encourage you to get a second opinion should a retailer turn you away.

The watch shop is the best. I’ve been using them since I worked for Zales Jewelers many years ago. Rick is very honest and helpful.

Rick was so kind and easily replaced the battery in my watch in 5 minutes and set the time and date for me! $30 and 5 minutes compared to sending it out for two months for over $100. Highly recommend!

The owner has decades of experience and is my go to for watch repairs, battery replacements and sizing adjustments. I even trust him with my Omega Seamaster. Although we were unable to swap around the band to make it "left handed" (its a 1999 and probably hasn't had the pin released since then) he still gave it a try. Should I need anything else done with it, he is my go to person for all my watch repairs and needs.
