Helpful and friendly staff. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful. They test my water for free every time. They don't over sell me chemicals that I don't need. They take the time to give me advice for maintaining my pool. Don't believe any the negative reviews. Go there yourself and you'll see you like it.

Been using this particular store in Medford for about 12 years ... All quality products, reasonable priced, knowledgeable staff, although they rotate their staff yearly it seems.

Place is ok. They have basic pool care things at very expensive prices.
