Truly a great experience just being inside and hanging out with the employees. The collection of Peter Millar is extensive and they always have the new arrivals. The owner has gone above and beyond multiple times to make sure we have everything we need to fulfill our needs. Always stop in while visiting the island, absolutely love it!

For a men’s store, I love coming in here. The owner is hands down one of the nicest people I have ever met and he ALWAYS makes sure we are taken care of every time we come in. The service is amazing and I will happily spend my money in here every time. The men in my life will always be well dressed thanks to John Bayley Clothier. Could not give this place a better rating!

UPDATE… I did go back and upon entering the person behind the counter (who happened to be the owner) was very pleasant and helpful with my purchase for my husband.

From the time I walked into this store until
I left 5 minutes later, not once did the salesperson say hello or ask if there was anything he could help me with. For a “high end” men’s clothing store you would think that customer service should be the top priority. Granted there was a gentleman checking out at the counter but still no excuse to at least acknowledge my presence. Needless to say I will not be patronizing this business.
