Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Another Strickland Brothers Branch over tightened my oil filter cap on Jeep and told me it was stripped out. The oil filter could not be removed. I was asked to take it to the Dunbar location to get it fixed which I did. I was assisted by Trevor and Bauer which neither had knowledge of the issue. They listened to my situation and simply fixed it. There was no negatively or excuses from either of them. After they fixed my problem, they changed the oil at no charge. Both of them thanked me for coming in and assisted me through the exit. It was certainly one of those situations that you had to be there. Very professional and I believe they saved me a lot of down time. I will be taking both of my Jeeps there going forward. Thanks

Super quick with the oil change as always! This time I needed an air filter and they didn't have mine in stock. Found one elsewhere and they installed it for me! Very nice and very efficient staff.

They where all super nice and helpful I asked lots of questions and they answered them all for me and helped me understand a little more about cars they where all working hard and in this heat on the weekend which I know had to suck but they all where super nice through the whole process they should definitely get some more days off in my book!

Took my Mercedes-Benz in for an oil change. No fuss no muss. They also noticed I had bought deicer for my windshield washers and put it in for me. Great pricing also.

Showed up during a torrential downpour and staff was still pleasant to deal with, answered all of my questions and got me in and out regardless of the flooding their store was dealing with. Will go back in future.

Very nice, fast and thorough. While I was there another car pulled in behind me to get their oil changed. Turns out they was looking at a different sticker and didn’t need it changed. They explained this to the person and the person went on their way. They could have easily changed the oil and made money of them but they didn’t. So let’s add honest to this review. I will definitely go back there when I need my oil changed.
