Waxhaw Jewelers is the BEST! For my 20th wedding anniversary I wanted to have my princess diamond reset and enhanced (my diamond was .79 carats). I spent a ton of time trying to solidify ideas with another jeweler and got nowhere fast. I walked into Waxhaw Jewelers and Erin helped me reach the finish line within 30 minutes. She showed me lots of options (awesome display of inventory in the store from contemporary to classic, single halo vs double halo, etc.), and talked through pros and cons of metal choice. She addressed all of my questions, concerns and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Beginning to end I received my gorgeous ring in about 4 weeks time!!! I am in love with the final product and can’t thank Erin enough for her guidance and Ty for his wonderful craftsmanship!!

My first experience with Waxhaw Jewelers was wonderful! The staff was caring and welcoming. An heartfelt piece of jewelry of mine needed repair and Josey took the time to listen to what I needed, assessed the problem, offered a suggestion, researched the possible solutions ( even suggested another vendor) and went out of her way to find the answer for me. They did a wonderful job fixing my piece and letting me continue to enjoy this piece. I will be back.

I have been meaning to review this Waxhaw gem for some time. They resized a vintage platinum ring for me about a year ago that included the most beautiful, delicate etching all the way around the ring. It was flawless craftsmanship. Today I went in to have my eternity band wedding ring cut off due to it becoming too small for my finger. I was extremely nervous due to it being a very difficult ring to cut through. The owner did an amazing job removing a diamond from the ring while it was still on my finger and cutting through the ring without doing any major damage to the surrounding stones. I really didn't think that would be possible. They saved me a lot of heartache and money on the eventual repair. Thank you Waxhaw Jewelers. We are so lucky to have you in our community!

Erin was great when helping me pick out my engagement ring. She was very nice and got me everything I wanted and asked for, she was very patient with me and helped so much. Over all it was an amazing experience and amazing place. It helped me create the best day of my life!

I’ve had my wedding band repaired and a custom ring made here and both have been a pleasant experience! Erin has been amazing to work with as well as their personable staff. My custom ring came out perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the quality!

Waxhaw Jewelers will be my go to place for jewelry from here on out! I must have visited the store 10 times and they were always so patient and accommodating. What I finally decided on was a custom ring. I brought Erin a photo of something I had seen online and they easily matched and exceeded the original request. Fixed an heirloom bracelet as a rush for a wedding. Josey was everything. Helped me find a way to make it cheaper, helped me figure out what would look best, and helped me recover from a lapse in communication that meant they had to rush. She is my hero!

They were an immense help in fulfilling our custom order wedding band. We had brought them a NASCAR lug nut and they turned it into something beautiful. Highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with the work that Waxhaw Jewelers did on my wedding ring! I had all but destroyed it, and they rebuilt it from top to bottom for a very fair price! I am just thrilled with the end result!

I had my engagement ring resized and the prongs tightened slightly. Everyone was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Not only was it done wonderfully, they were able to do it as a rush order since I had just gotten engaged and didn’t want to be without it. If I ever need anything else I will definitely come back!

I highly recommend Waxhaw Jewelers! I took in a ring of my mothers and had the diamonds made into 3 necklaces for myself and my 2 daughters. I worked with Jenifer who was very easy to work with. She was patient, knowledgable and presented many options for me to choose from. The necklaces turned out beautiful and are now a treasured piece of jewelry!

Big shout out to the staff at Waxhaw Jewelers! I brought my mother’s diamond ring in for evaluation and diamond value. Many of the prongs had already been repaired previously but were in bad shape again. I replaced the stone and had them reset it in a 4 prong setting instead of the previous 6 prong and repair one of the side diamond settings that was bad even though they all needed repair.
When I went to pick up, the ring looked stunning and brand new!. The jeweler decided to go ahead and replace all the side diamond settings at no additional charge!! Who does that these days anymore?? I was at a loss for words. What a dedication to his craft… it’s not all about the almighty dollar.. it was more important to beautify the ring and make sure no stones were lost.
I have had the pleasure of conducting business with them before, and it is always a pleasure. So appreciative ❤

I've loved visiting this place ever since it has opened. This is a family owned jewelry store that has excellent service and extremely kind staff. Every time that I have visited for a repair I get my items back looking as though they are brand new and for a very fair price! I would recommend this jeweler to anybody who needs quality work in a reasonable time frame and price point.

Waxhaw Jewelers is an absolute gem of a store in Union County. Artem, Jenifer, Ty and Erin were instrumental in helping me purchase an engagement ring for my *now* fiancé ! Top-bottom the management and staff are terrific and are willing to work with you during all parts of the process of buying any of their premier or custom products. Local jewelry stores like this provide the best service and have absolutely beautiful products with exceptional quality. From the minute I walked in, I was graciously greeted by the staff who assisted in every way, and walked out with a smooth and very pleasurable experience every time.

I initially went in to fix my broken watch. I went in with my fiancé to get it fixed. Erin helped me and was in communication with me on a solid price, with a timeline of when it would be fixed. While there, Jenifer and my fiancé decided to look at some of their amazing products, namely engagement bands and settings. Jenifer was kind enough to take down her size for a few different options, so that when I came back, I would have something to look at again--as I was searching for an engagement ring at the time, but wasn't entirely sure where to start. I could have gone to a more mainstream jewelry franchise, however the locality and tremendous service I received in dropping off my watch, and then picking it up lured me in to go further in on the potential purchase of an engagement ring.

My fiancé also thoroughly enjoyed her visits there, and the setting she chose was perfect in both our minds. Amazing craftsmanship with a golden hue. I went in on their 1 Year Anniversary as they were having a celebration. Ty helped me look for a diamond to go with the setting. I told him my price range and he negotiated and worked with me. Artem and Ty are extremely professional and you can tell they take great pride in their work. We looked through catalogs, diamonds at the store, and he educated me on all things about clarity, color, quality, etc. I truly felt like I knew what I was buying and had a very personable experience. I was ecstatic to locate a gorgeous diamond, thanks to his expertise. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you again to Artem, Jenifer, Ty, and Erin.

I stopped by to get my watch battery replaced and found Jenifer to be helpful and personable. She helped me find some lovely earrings too. I appreciate being able to find a small local business rather than a large impersonal store. I totally recommend this company for repair or for new items.

I do not wear much jewelry, I have my keepsakes that I wear all the time. I have a pendant that my late grandmother had made for me and that is the only necklace I wear. The gold wore off and it fell off the chain. I took it to Waxhaw Jewelers and they were able to not only repair it but also saw that some of the prongs on the diamonds were worn thin. They did an outstanding job repairing and refurbishing it for me and I will forever be grateful that it is still in its original condition, but better! Thank you all so much! Very friendly and fast to get this keepsake back to me! I highly recommend Waxhaw Jewelers!

Unbelievable service!! Everything was done perfectly. I had rings resized, a diamond reset and they brought some jewelry I never wear. Jenifer did a great job! Will be going back to have more stuff done.

While the proprietors will never get rich off me. I will always bring my work there. I just asked them to change the battery in my watch. I was treated like I was buying expensive jewelry. They took great care of me and my junkie old watch. Much of their jewelry is quite beautiful and I would highly recommend them.
