Just stopped by today and had a great experience. Went in to get batteries and links put on some old watches I had inherited. Super easy, great price, and SUPER FRIENDLY service. I will definitely be going back here for my jewelry needs.

Mark at Trade St Jewelers did a great job resizing and polishing my engagement ring and wedding band. My engagement ring looks like it did when my husband first proposed! I will definitely come back again for any of my jewelry needs! Mark services were affordable and he had a great turnaround time (1day), while others told me they would need to ship my ring off for 10-15 days. I highly recommend Trade St Jewelers!

Unbelievable. Just went in to get a ring resized, a battery for a watch and a link taken out from another watch. I was able to get the link taken out immediately and got the ring resized same day. Once I got the ring back, it fit perfectly and he also polished it to look like a brand new ring. Very happy with the results and the price. Go see this gentleman.

I love and wear more jewelry than most guys, mostly chains and I buy jewelry for every anniversary for my wife, mostly rings and earrings. The owner of this place, Gurgen, has exceeded my expectations, he makes exceptional jewelry every time (and I placed over 7 orders for the past 10 years) and his craftsmanship is impeccable. He is also easy to deal with. I will probably never set foot into any other jewelry store again, that’s how high Gurgen set the bar. I trusted Mark with my late mother’s wedding band. He took the diamonds out and set them in earrings to gift to my daughters. They look magnificent!!
Mark also redesigned my wedding ring. He suggested turning the stone E to W and I couldn’t be happier. It used to set too high and would catch on things. He lowered it so I can wear it comfortably.

Stopped in to have my husband’s watch repaired. He checked it out, made sure the battery was good, oiled the gears free of charge. He gave us recommendations if it stops working again, was super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

They repaired an expensive watch for me for $20 and it was ready within an hour. I wish I had known how good they are, because this same watch I had sent away to an online watch repair and they sent it to the manufacturer, kept it 2 months and their repair lasted 1 month. And cost me $280. I will never get a watch repair anywhere else than Trade Jewelers. They are fantastic.

I needed a minor repair done on my watch. I stopped by Trade Street Jewelers in Matthew's for help. It took them only a few minutes to do the repair. The charged a very reasonable amount for the repair. They charged about a third of the high price I was charged for similar work at watch repair business nearer home. I recommend Trade Street Jewelers!

Fantastic customer service & quick repair. I have been waiting 2 months for another local jeweler to order a small emerald to add to a necklace....still waiting. Frustrated I brought in my necklace on Monday & it was ready on Saturday along with repairing the chain. They are now my #1 go to store!

Excellent service! The diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring, so I needed the prongs repaired and stone replaced. I was shocked to see my ring looking new again after the repairs. They went above and beyond ( tightened a couple loose stones, rhodium plating,) and all for a very reasonable price. I will be back.
