Dollar General

Easy location On the corner. Some shelves are a bit of a mess but you are still able to find what you need. Stocks are always restocked and organized. The employees are very nice. The self check out is more annoying than helpful. Parking is in front and has a spot to lock your bicycle.

I'm always in and out. I can think of one time I've gone there and didn't find what I was looking for. They've got a good staff and keep the store clean. For the neighborhood Dollar General it's a 5 star.

This store is definitely a hidden gem. I have visited many Dollar General stores throughout the Lee County area. Let me just say this store takes the number one spot of all Dollar General stores around. You are greeted by the assistant manager Candi who is so personable and kind. Then you notice the cleanliness of the entire store. I have never been to a Dollar General that was immaculately as clean as this location. I actually enjoyed looking around and felt calm while shopping. I really enjoyed shopping at this Dollar General. The staff at this store should be rewarded and acknowledged for their hard work. It definitely shows the moment you walk in. Other Dollar General stores in the Lee County area need to take note. CLEAN YOUR STORES!!! You may increase your revenue in doing so. I will certainly be returning to this store…

Great customer service, I'm disabled so lifting heavy stuff like soda cases, milk, water and laundry detergent is very hard for me one if the staff followed me and helped lift the heavy stuff even helped me to my vehicle. Just wish they had motorized carts makes walking the whole store impossible atm

Close to Florida Heart. While waiting, I ran in to grab a few things. While shopping I was helped by DM Cathie and Candi. DG is my Wallyworld replacement, and this DG is just like my DG's in Bath, NY and North Fort Myers, FL. Fantastic. Believe it when I say I tell everyone about DG. What a joy! I avoided DG for years, now you are my go to store. All because you had the best deal on coke zero! Keep it up DG!

First time we've ever seen a Dollar General that has self checkout...awesome!!!

I have Multiple Sclerosis and walk with a cane. I went to check out and the guy said, "you can use the self check out" and walked off. I did go ahead and use the self check out, including lifting a heavy box of kitty litter up to the scanner, but I will not return to this store.

815 at Dollar General on Thursday, August 17 two workers are waiting outside. They can’t get in five people are standing outside waiting to get in and the store is not open. They have a worker problem.

Their associate Leo was such a jerk. I can't belive they hire people like that. He was yelling at one of his coworkers and then an elderly lady just asking a question. Their HR should be ashamed of hiring someone like that. I feel so bad for them both.

Bad customer service the store manager is a strange bitter man with injured wrist who talks to customers in a rude way. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy shop here!

This place is a scam. Every single time my boyfriend and I shop here the items are not marked correctly because “it must have been an old sticker” or “it must have gotten moved” I understand that happens sometimes, but it happens EVERY time no matter what we are purchasing.

I’ve called 10 times and the first time someone picked up and hung up on me. Now they let it ring with no answer. I’m not driving out of my way to buy something they may not have so I was trying to call about a product and nobody seems to ever pick up the phone, this is not the first time either.
