This is the first time that I will ever make a good review for Walgreens because for years and years that I have been going to Walgreens customer service always sucks customer service on the phone always sucks they always hang up on you or just don’t respond and for the first time today I felt like I was actually being helped at this store. Thanks to the manager. My pick up order from today only had two items instead of the four that it was supposed to and he immediately helped me with my issue, and it was resolved in less than a minute. He was super nice, professional, and caring, I did not ask for his name because I was in a rush but he was hispanic and the manager there at the front. Thank you for all your help and hard work always you guys do not get enough credit and you deserve it, thank you!

We always found it to be a good place to shop. Nice employees, large selection of items we need. Good sale prices. Clean, organized store.

I went in today to develope a picture for my son's school project but my phone was not compatible with their computers,so I went home and tried it on their website but when I got there it did not go through. Luckily for me Aniston (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was the person that helped me. she even went as far as offering me to send the pic to her phone but it wasn't working because I couldn't get any Wifi. So 1 minute till closing she told me that she can take a pic from her phone off of my screen and she got it developed for me. She was really determined to help me. I truly appreciated it. Walgreens is lucky to have such a caring employee.

Yesterday the manager of the burnt store Walgreens went above and beyond. I have recently had a total knee replacement and I needed Tylenol. My husband picked some up the night before but they were out dated. When I called the store to speak with the manager Randy, he was very sorry this had happened. He himself delivered a new bottle of Tylenol to my door. I offered him money for the new bottle but he would not take it. Not even for his time or gas. Turns out the outdated supply came from Publix next door. How embarrassing this now is. It has been a really long time since I have seen this kind of customer service. Randy I will see you soon to pay for the Tylenol and again a personal thank you from the bottom of my heart. We need more carring people like you. Thanks again.

Can usually find what I'm looking for. Informative staff. The store is always clean. Always good sales on many products especially especially with their rewards card. Another factoid that many dont know is that they also ship FedEx at the photo counter. I do a food amount of shipping and the convenience of dropping off a package with my preprinted label I did at home ia super convenient.
