They have great deals here. But it's hit and miss for looking for a specific item. But the prices are very competitive and great for bargain shoppers.

Love their cosmetics department. They carry all the nicer brands of beauty supplies. Clothing is really nice, very well stocked and prices are very reasonable. There’s always a sale on some thing!

This Belk has great prices! Shae is the most fantastic Belk employee we have ever had! She deserves a promotion asap! My only constructive criticism is that the floors, dressing rooms, and clearance racks NEED to be cleaned and organized. Half of the store is freezing while the other half is very hot and humid. One of the employees said the AC should be repaired soon. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at the Cape Coral Belk.

So happy I found this store! They had a great selection of bathing suits! And I actually got to try them on! It’s been so frustrating not being allowed to try on clothes at most stores. It’s especially hard to purchase a bathing suit without trying first.
The lady that helped me was so awesome!! She was so welcoming for my first visit, so sweet and friendly! I always appreciate great hospitality like hers! I wish I remembered her name but on the receipt it said associate 4227!

We always leave with multiple bags. Took my daughter in to but a dress for Easter and left with 3 dresses because the selection and prices are so good!!!

The store meets a need that is otherwise lacking in Cape Coral. It is always neat and the merchandise is easy to see and shop. It's not overstuffed and the prices are very competitive. I always find what I need and then some.
I find it pleasant to shop rather than frustrating like the overstocked stores.
The cosmetics at Belk keep us from needing to go to Ft Meyers and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful

I just recently discovered Belk in Florida from a mailer they sent me. I ordered some items for my husband for Christmas, and the quality was wonderful. We decided to visit their Cape Coral, FL store when they were having a fabulous 3-day Day sale. Linda, one of the assistant managers, helped check us out and she was so helpful and friendly. We loved their wonderful sale prices, ... they have name brand products at very reasonable prices!

I am new to the area so I just walked in for the very first time and she was the face of the store. Automatically I wanted to shop there just because of her!
