I had bought cheap hoop shed from Menards as many people!!! Tarp ripped off in one year... I custom ordered tarp through Farmtek measure very carefully and WOW ONE HEAVY DUTY cover this is!!! I used rachets to tie that tarp down to ground anchors and We are covered!!!! Thanks much

I've been ordering square tube slip-over adapters for a loft I am building in my metal building. The plan has changed as the project has progressed, and I have ended up placing three separate orders. Each time FarmTek ships the same or next day, and the items arrive FAST. I appreciate this, because I am a "get-it-done-now" type of guy, so the fast shipping has enabled me to keep working on this project.

We recently ordered a greenhouse which we have not received yet so I can't give you a review on that. The company was very easy to work with. Answered all our questions and assisted us in setting up a way to pick up the merchandise at the trucking company in our nearest town. Purchased a greenhouse from this company about 15 years ago and was very pleased with the quality of the product but we moved from that house. Now we are looking forward to setting up a green house at our new location.

All the items we ordered are great quality. Dawn, National Accounts Manager, has been very helpful and very responsive. She always returns my calls and answers my questions. I would recommend Farm Tek customer service and their products!
The only negative/problem I had was with FedEx. Boxes were damaged on all shipments, heavy boxes left at gate. Driver did not drive up to house to deliver, and this was way before virus hit. Good thing Farm Tek packaged well because only a few items were damaged and we either bent item(s) back or left as is.

I ordered the 50' long Daddy Long Legs canopy and the whole experience was very positive. The product was well packaged, delivered on-time, with complete manifest including good assembly instructions (a must read), and with components far superior to other sheds I have purchased over the years, and last but certainly not least excellent customer service. Purchased the GrowSpan Estate Hobby Medium Greenhouse for my son's Eagle Scout Project. Wonderful, well made, sturdy and good looking product. Instructions well written. This greenhouse is for serious gardners. Morgan in Customer Service did a great job anwsering his many questions and walking him through the purchase, and she went out of her way to get the greenhouse and other products timely shipped. Shipper had it to us in 2 days. Farmtek's products and Customer Service are a hands down 10.

I wanted to thank the staff at farmtek including the customer service agents regarding my recent, first-time experience.
We live in a fairly arid area of Northern California on 20 acres with livestock. The three low yielding wells on site see alot of duty this time of year and when we have a failure, it's a big problem which is what transpired recently. Ordered the necessary repair parts on the 27th next day freight and they were delivered late this morning and we're up and running again. A tracking issue led me to contact customer service and two agents including Annie were on top of it immediately and very helpful.

I have bought materials from FarmTek twice in the past few years. The Polymax material that I purchased has worked great for both my orchid shade house and also as the roofing or an outside area. From start to finish the shopping experience was 5 stars all around.
