Can’t say enough great things about Boaters World - Bradenton - I’ve always told everyone to shop local but sometimes I can’t keep a secret this good hidden - the customer service was beyond exceptional - I worked with Kyle in sales and Anthony in service - dropping the boat off was easy - well kept informed especially when I got the news the polling platform would have to be removed for the engine to tilt properly - I’m thinking - man if it isn’t one thing it’s another - but Kyle got back with me and let me know they would remove the platform free of charge - not a hard job but to do it for free - I mean that’s going above and beyond - when they called to tell me the boat was ready I was informed of my upgraded stainless steel prop and that my boat just came out of the wash bay - what?!? I just went in for a repower and they’re washing my boat and I got the prop - solid work - now to break her in tomorrow and see what she does this weekend

I was in the market for an outboard motor and crossed paths with Kyle. From the beginning he was very on the ball and committed to helping me out. After many communications he was able to get me a new motor for an unbeatable price get it shipped off to me. My work schedule is so very crazy and difficult to do anything during normal business hours, but Kyle was very accommodating and made it work. After getting quotes from vendors in Savannah Ga, Stewart Fl, Miami and Tampa Boaters World in Bradenton came up on my Google search. I ended up choosing them and couldn’t be any more pleased. Not only were they the best quote but also ended up performing the repower much less than they quoted. Eugene was my sales man through the process and really did an excellent job. The technicians were professional and the service department seemed to run like a fine oiled Swiss watch very quick and efficient. I dropped my boat off at 10Am and received a call at 2:30pm to join in on test drive. The quality and attention to detail and the can do attitude by all of the staff at Boaters World Bradenton make them my one and only choice for future repower or boat purchases in the future.

I'm very pleased with the service department at Boater's World in Bradenton. I took my boat in because it wouldn't start. Turns out it was corroded battery cables. They had the boat ready the day after I dropped it off. The technician Hunter was very friendly. He pointed out the location where the battery cables were corroded from exposure to salt water and he explained a solution to prevent it from happening again. He even aired up my tires in the boat trailer when he noticed they were low. The service manager and parts manager were both friendly and helpful as well. Overall I'm very pleased with their service and plan to make Boater's World in Bradenton my "go-to" for all my service needs. Thank you!
