Jared was super helpful- patient- and understanding. I was nervous coming in, not sure what to expect…got way more than I expected! Excellent, fast and reliable service. Come check them out if you got any broken screens on your phone, tablet or pc!

My experience here was really great. I got my phone screen fixed, and so did my brother, in under 30 minutes. Thankfully my insurance only charged 30$ per phone, lol! but Anthony and Makkel were very helpful. They got us in and out and did an amazing job fixing our screens. I really appreciate them both, I was able to get my phone fixed before going to college!

Very knowledgeable people. Associate was very friendly and knowledgeable of my phone issues. They have already repaired several of my families phones and we have always had exceptional work with a quick turn around. Highly recommend this store.

We had a very pleasant experience with this establishment again. A quick turnaround for both times. The initial replacement of the Pixel 4a phone was about 7 months ago, but it started showing blue paint style lines. Since, it was still under their 1 year warranty they replaced the screen without asking a single question.

These guys are awesome Mann, my lap top looks like it's never been broken..But most importantly the job was done in like ...yea! , I was just lazy to go get it ..highly recommended 👍🏽👍🏽

The team at the Gaithersburg location was wonderful to work with. On my initial call with Anthony, he let me know the timeframe that my phone screen would likely be in stock so I could schedule my appointment through Verizon accordingly. Jared was friendly, helpful, and well-informed on the day of my appointment. He explained the claims process, which was a little different and more in-depth than was explained by the Verizon customer service line. In addition to handling my intake, he gave a lot of helpful advice about accessories in the shop. I heard other customers in the store say how great the ubreakifix employees were, too LOL. I guess that when you can get your device repaired without paying a fortune, you tend to be super grateful. Shoutout to Marco, too, who was friendly on the phone and with other customers in the shop.

Woke up with my phone screen absolutely messed up, came in and got my phone fixed up! Screen was replaced and got a really good deal on the new screen and screen protector. Only took 2 hours and got really great customer service. Thanks to the whole team!

Dropped my MacBook Pro to this store on Wednesday (7/24), as it was the closest option whilst I was visiting the area. It has to be one of the most exceptional uBreakiFix's I've ever been to. The customer service is by far the best of all that I've patroned. Jared and Marcell teamed up and had my computer ready on Sunday (7/28) instead of the 5 business days that were initially promised. I'm beyond grateful and pleased!

Excellent customer service at UBreakiFix in Gaithersburg, MD. Markkel helped me with an Iphone that died and would only charge on a wireless charger and then in setting up my new Iphone that I received from Asurion. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were all great and I highly recommend this place!

I stopped in to get my wife's phone repaired, and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem, repair it, and give me advice for the future. It was quick and easy, the place is very clean, and the prices were fair.

I have had an issue with my phone charging port for approximately six months went to T-Mobile and they couldn’t figure it out. Today at T-Mobile again I went to see if my issue could be resolved, and an associate told me to try uBreakiFix. So I did. The agent looked at my phone and was able to rectify the issue in under 30 seconds. This showed me that It’s knowing what to do that makes a person an expert. if you ever have an issue with your phones take your devices do UBreakiFix they know what they doing.

My laptop keyboard lost a key, and I wasn't able to reattach it myself. Another repair shop took a look and said I had no choice but to replace the whole keyboard. I took it to UBreakIFix for a second opinion, and they fixed the issue within two minutes of my entering the store. They also told me not to worry about paying since it was an easy fix. So overall, they're good at what they do and have great customer service. Highly recommended!

I was shocked by how pleasant all of the employees were in the store on both of my visits. Anthony couldn't have been more helpful and I will tell so many people how great this store is. My only complaint if I have to dig deep is they need to clean the outside window of the store as its such a great place and that was an eyesore. I even offered 2x to do it. :) This place is very efficient too.

Very straight forward, which is very refreshing these days! Unfortunately, I hope I don't need to come back................ as that would mean I broke my phone again! :)

They are always very good. I have gotten the Liquid Glass for my Pixel 2XL, Pixel 3XL, Pixel 5, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7, and it can't be beat!
