They have made great strides on improving. Ordered twice in the last month and both times the order has been fresh and correct.

That guy Mike makes a delicious taco . He literally is the reason I go here late nights. Mike Bing deserves a raise. 👍

Devon is the Manager. He was so kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the Menu. Going out of his way to explain things to me and helping me understand my order. I did drive-thru pick up and the food was exactly how I ordered it and most of all it was hot & DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend HIM & his Establishment. I don’t give high ratings unless I’ve experienced their Service. He most definitely deserves recognition for a job well done. Thanks, Devon 🥇

I ordered through the drive through and a girl named Ava took my order. She was very nice, patient, and allowed me to take my time. I haven't been here in a long time so I was looking through the menu and asking questions and Ava answered any questions that I asked. She seemed happy to help me and I was very happy with her customer service and the way I was treated. She deserves a raise 👏.

If you like Taco Bell. Go to this location. Always great service.

This Taco Bell is, on balance, better than most in my opinion. Never had an issue with mobile orders, wait times are average, no more or less order mistakes than usual.

I had everything made perfectly. I was shocked considerably taco bells tend to be inconsistent with their food. The manager Bri fixed my order even though i ended up as the one in the wrong in the end. If this staff stays friendly, I’ll actually start to come around. The staff from a year and half ago was one of the most rude and unprofessional groups of people. I stopped going this whole time. They couldn’t make a taco right 🤦🏽‍♂

For fast Mexican food, you can't beat the Chalupa. They even made it extra, extra chrispy at this Taco Bell. Wtg!!! Not to mention how polite everyone that works there.

The manager and crew could not have been more helpful. They prepared numerous tacos for my staff quickly and helped me get them to my car, so I could get back to school in time for my teachers’ lunch breaks at 11am. The staff enjoyed the tacos and I appreciate the Taco Bell Team’s hard work to help make Teacher Appreciation Week a success!

I work at Home Depot part time and been coming here every now and then during break. The night shift & managers have been doing a great job with customer service, food quality, and times 🙌🙌💯. Even when they seem short staff, they been pretty positive. Give the night shift a bonus or raise, including the manager 💰💰

Wow! they have remodeled the inside and it is fantastic. Due to Covid had not been inside for a long time. The staff is great and it was so nice to actually enjoy my food at Taco Bell. A lot of us seniors love to hang out there. Thanks for your hard work to all who work there.

This location is doing well, compared to other locations in the area. The online in store order pickup is typically ready quickly (6 minute drive from my work to this location). The staff is friendly upon arrival and attentive to customers as they enter the building!

So I have visited many Taco Bells in my area and I have changed my review to 5-stars for this particular location. Reason? They have the most accurate prices anywhere. Management really abide by the rules and advertisements. I usually get the same items, and have gotten as many different pricing. How is that allowed? and please don't use COVID-19 Surcharge as an excuse. Yes readers, many restaurants are now using a COVID-19 surcharge. Not this place. They have the "cheapest" prices, and I don't mean that in a negative way. Check it out for yourselves, but please make it quick so that I don't have to wait in line for 20 minutes because some drivers don't even know what they want....

As far as Taco Bell’s go, this is one of the better ones. We always have our order come out right, even when my girlfriend has complicated requests. Haha. The food comes out hot and tastes great. Everyone is polite and service is fast, couldn’t ask for more.

I had stopped coming to this Taco Bell location about a year or two ago, despite it being right down the road from my home, because every single time I went, half the store's inventory was out! NO soda, NO soft or hard shells, NO beef...It was getting absolutely ridiculous. So we stopped eating here for quite some time. Only after getting increasingly unhappy with the alternative location we went to, did we decide to give this location a go, again. Things seem to have changed, we've been a few times now and nothing has been out of stock. The food has been fresh, and the staff decent. Way to turn it around.

Went through the drive through around 7:30 on a weeknight and had quick service. No problems ordering and the staff was friendly. I was so impressed with how fresh my chalupa was that I was so happy! Chalupas are my favorite options at Taco Bell in general, and it's always a hit or miss with how good and fresh they are across different locations. Tonight at this location they were top notch, best Chalupas ever! Other members in my party were pleased with their food, too.

I came here tonight on the way home from running errands for 2 quick Chalupas 1-chicken & 1-beef.
No one was online in the drive-thru. The cashier whose name I think is Mykesia (forgive the misspelling) was super nice and fast at taking my order and getting it served by the other people on staff.
As I was leaving I said "Happy New Year".
The cashier proceeded to say "God bless you, you are the first person to say that to me here". Which I found to be sad.
Aside from the fact that the staff who worked on my chalupa was on point and made it awesomely. I realized that nobody takes a minute to acknowledge the workers at fast food restaurants. They aren't slaves, and deserve to have some kind words. Even a "Happy Holidays" what does it cost you.
This is not my first time here, I come here quite often. It's a great Taco Bell location, foods always great, made well and correctly. It's not just the food, but the people who work there that make a place great. I hope the manager or owner of that location recognizes tonight's staff. They are super friendly as I took 2 minutes to chat with them since it was slow at that moment. Keep up the great job ladies & gentlemen. Y'all were awesome tonight, it made my meal all the much better. Bradenton is supposed to be the friendliest city! Let's show some love to fast food workers.
