Very friendly staff. They walk around while you're eating in a very friendly non-intrusive way asking if you need anything ; and will even get you refills of your drinks!!! Highly recommend, such a great atmosphere. Super chill place to eat a sandwich.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Chick-fil-A in Bradenton, Florida, and I must say, the experience was made exceptional by one of the staff members. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and a cheerful "Welcome to Chick-fil-A!" Their positive energy was infectious and immediately set the tone for a great dining experience.

This team member went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. They patiently answered all my questions about the menu and even offered some great recommendations. When I decided to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, they made sure it was prepared just the way I liked it. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the customers were evident throughout the interaction.

What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to assist. When I mentioned that I was having a rough day, they took the time to offer some encouraging words and even brought my meal to my table with an extra Chick-fil-A sauce, saying, "This one's on me, just to make your day a little better." It's rare to encounter such thoughtful service, and their actions truly made a difference.

In a world where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, this team member exemplifies what Chick-fil-A is all about. Their dedication to providing an outstanding experience, coupled with their friendly and caring nature, makes them a true asset to the team. I'll definitely be returning to this location, thanks in large part to the wonderful service provided by this exceptional worker.

It's the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The customer service people are very friendly. The food was perfect! I was very surprised because I expected the same as other Chick-fil-A but no, these are better! I wish they continue in their excellence because you can always improve. Happiness and success!

Chic Fil A is consistent. The food is tasty and fast. I've never had an unpleasant experience with any of the employees. No matter how busy they are, they always have a kind word and a smile.
My only draw back is that it has gotten pretty expensive.

My first lunch at Chick-fil-A with my sister and brother-in-law and wife. All employees were working hard and ran a smooth operation. Loved the shake and nuggets. Refreshing my faith in fast food.

Service was great, food was made fresh and promptly. The environment was clean and they didn’t mess anything up or forget any utensils or napkins. Consistently this location has shown that they work hard as a team and customer service is great

When we got there, they were super busy. Whole, huge family came in and the people that worked here handled the crowd well. Everyone was seen/taken care of in a timely manner. Woman who took our order was awesome and repeated our order back to us, accurately, and it came out fresh and accurately as well, with the right amount of sauces. Marry Ann even came around to check on us and to let us know that if we needed a refill on our drinks to let her know. It's been so long since I've been to a Chick-fil-A, so seeing and experiencing the customer service here was refreshing.

Mary Ann was so sweet and so helpful!! My Coke Zero was so flat and had no taste. She took my drink and replaced it with an unsweetened tea!! Thank you Mary Ann!!

Service was amazing.
Mary Ann also demonstrated excellent customer service, she was so sweet and came over to check on my mother and I numerous times, even before I left she asked about refilling my drink and getting me a bag.

100% perfect customer service every time I visit. Like a well-oiled machine, they get me in and out of the drive-thru quickly, efficiently, and accurately. The food tastes fantastic and fresh. And of course, everyone is professional and courteous!

Today was our first time at a chick-fil-a. My husband and I went to the one on Manatee Ave in Bradenton, Fl. It was a Great experience from ordering to having our food brought to our table. I want to especially thank Mary Ann for her helpful knowledge of the entire menu. Mary Ann is an asset to chick-fil-a!!!

So I've been sitting inside the past couple days to do work and what not, and besides the fact that their food is heaven sent, I can't express how amazing the atmosphere is. I've observed how sweet everyone is and how encouraging management is. From employees coming up and ensuring that I'm taken care of, to overhearing management express how appreciative they are of employees and speak to them like a close friend, it just warms my heart. I also love seeing their service reflecting their faith. I love coming here ❤

Food and service were great. Very clean joint with cold lemonade and hot french fries. Stopped by on a whim and would highly recommend.
