FAST AND EFFICIENT

My first visit 3/6/2020 was a pleasant surprise. The facility was very clean and orderly and everyone I came into contact with was very helpful. After a short wait in the waiting room I was called to the prep area to have my vitals checked and finish some minor paperwork. There were 3 nurses preparing me at one time...great teamwork. Anesthesiologist had a short chat with me and a few minutes later I was being rolled into the operating room...Very professional, everyone had a good attitude. Very positive experience!!!

I’ve been going to this surgery center for continued care for several years. I highly recommend it. The nurses are very friendly, accommodating and caring. Dr Sharma is exceptional and I’ve had great results.

This Center must be really good seeing the reviews,been onhold now first in line for about 40 minutes and counting. Waiting online is just a pleasure, as you can imagine I have nothing better to do with my time.

Received 2 steroid shots, arrived and was checked in timely, receptionist was friendly & helped people having problems with filling out tablets. As soon as I completed that I was taken directly back where another nice nurse helped me with preparing for the shots, then was ushered into a large room where I was situated to receive the shots. Doctor and nurses were nice and polite and made sure I did not have any pain in back when shots were given, then ushered back out to get dressed and left. Good and professional experience. Would recommend to anyone.

My family member has been coming here for months now and while we find everyone very friendly, communication is lacking. Sometimes patients sit back waiting for their procedures for hours, we understand things happen and complications arise but many of these patients and their family members believe they schedule to many patients to close together, patients and their family/ friends time is just important as the next guys and just because your the patient and not the provider does not mean that it's ok for the ball to roll the wrong way, and unless you ask nobody tells you they are running behind. Another problem is that when my family members procedure is over they don't tell you how things went, weather or not there were complications and they don't explain any kind of after care. This is a nice facility other than these issues. I'd like to see these things improved so I can go back and give them 4 or 5 stars.

Tuve un procedimiento hace 2 días y sufrí demasiado en el procedimiento..la anestecia..supuestamente sedante que no me iba a dar de cuenta y no fue asi..estuve completamente despierta y comenzó a gritar del dolor y a nadie le importó. Lo único que me dijeron fue que el plan no cubría otro tipo de anestesia. Llame al plan y me indicaron que no es correcto..Me fui muy traumada...Que experiencia horrorosa para mi..
