Dr Jose Ramirez-Del Toro and his entire staff are among the best, to include the staff that greets you as you enter the building. They all are professional and caring, Each time I have had an appointment they ask me how am I doing, you can tell that they are sincere. After your appointment, they thank you for coming in and tell you to have a good day. Would recommend and have recommended this practice to others, and they all agree how great their experience is. I don't like having knee problems, but Thank to a friend, I'm glad they referred my to this Dr and his staff. I also have had physical therapy there and they are just as great.

Rachael was personable, respectful and professional. She listened to me, did a thorough exam and recommended further testing, which made good sense to me.

I accompanied my brother to his appointment with Rachel Bovalina. It was my first time meeting her. She is a lovely lady. She listened to my brother and explained everything in detail. She also asked several times if we had any questions. She gave my brother a shot in his knee and he did not even flinch.

Rachel took her time to listen to the physical issues I am dealing with and explain what future treatments I may want to consider. She was very attentive and showed compassion for the pain I'm dealing with.

On time appointment, great office staff, clean and organized office, plenty of convenient parking. Rachel was personable and pleasant. She shared the findings of my MRI with me, talked about my health history, and discussed a plan of action after an examination of my problem area. I left feeling confidant and happy.

Rachel is a great Dr. she is very passionate about helping her patients. She’s very knowledgeable and very experienced in her field of medicine. I highly recommend her. Rachel helped me through a car accident where I was hit by an SUV. I could barely walk and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Petrolla and Rachel played a major role in getting me walking again without their help, I would not be walking. . I cannot say enough good about them. They are truly passionate about their work and their patients.

I have the best doctors looking after me. Rachael is so kind and gentle when giving injections or draining fluid. She is an absolute must see for me. I feel safe and assured when I see her.

Reception personnel prompt and pleasant. Waiting for my appointment was only 10 minutes. Rachel was prompt and informative on my back pain problem. She administered "the needle" and just five hours later I'm at home in relative comfort with reduced pain. Can't wait until the full procedure is effective tomorrow. I'm already re-booked for mid-July.

I've had several office visits with Dr Petrolla. He patiently listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Recently I have had procedures done by Dr Petrolla for knee pain and back pain. Throughout the procedures Dr Petrolla and his staff conversed with me and made me feel comfortable. Everybody that I have encountered at that office has been kind and professional, especially Vicki and Ellen at the front desk. I would recommend Dr Petrolla to anybody that is having these type of health issues. He is well informed with a focus on quality patient care. The office is well maintained and parking is easily available.

Rachel is by far the best !!!!! Appointments are always on time or even early. She takes time to listen to you and explain your condition and possible treatment options. I have recommended her to others and I wouldn't trade her in for anyone else!!!!!
